If you have a MINI this is the place to take your MINI. I used to go to Seattle MINI, it was a terrible mistake, do not be like me. Go to this wonderful shop and feel happy.

Great service. Seems honest and have communication. Ask the right questions regarding how your car is used before recommending anything crazy. Are good about outlining things you have to do vs what you might want to do and aren't pushy at all.

I took my beloved 2002 MK4 Jetta TDI ALH into precision motorworks because I thought I had accidentally destroyed my transmission somehow but they diagnosed it within 24h and it turned out to be an issue with the transmission mount bolt being loose. My car shifts perfectly now, even better than before. They went above and beyond and diagnosed other issues and it was super affordable. Great experience

This is the go-to place for fixing and solving issues with your vehicle. They are quick and thorough, and if you need to leave your vehicle for a few days, rest assured that they have nighttime security, which is crucial for downtown Seattle. The work that was done on my vehicle was sufficient. I do feel that the back and forth that is done is not. That gets expensive. One issue I had was I left my Prada reading glasses in the loaner and they were taken. When I asked them to look I was told that they were not in the car. I said ask the cleaning team, I was told she is not a girlie girl so she would not be interested in that type of item. Wrong answer! They should have said not only will we search the car which that was done, but I will speak with the cleaning person. Don’t leave anything in the loaner car! I had to replace my reading classes which was not cheap!

Precision has been bringing my ‘07 Audi Q7 V8 back to spec for quite some time and every time I take the car to Precision they give me inspection reports on things that need to be addressed and the techs have taken time to show and explain to me what is going on with the car. They’ve also stayed late to ensure my car gets done on time. No one wants to work on my Q7, and they aren’t afraid of it which is very relieving. We’ve visited other shops and it’s always been a disappointment. They are professional, knowledgeable about older vehicles, and consistent. It’s always a pleasure and I’m very happy with my car!
