I am truly grateful for the care I received from Rebecca Irwin during one of the most challenging recoveries, both physically and mentally. I had dislocated my shoulder for a second time and required an intensive surgery. I was filled with apprehension, knowing the long road ahead. Luckily, having previously experienced Rebecca's exceptional care during my initial dislocation, I felt an immense sense of comfort and confidence.Throughout our sessions, Rebecca skillfully guided me, striking the perfect balance between motivation and safety. She consistently challenged me to push my limits, tracking my progress every step of the way. It's not easy to achieve such equilibrium, especially with a substantial injury, but Rebecca managed it flawlessly!I wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca to anyone in need of a dedicated and skilled physical therapist. Her expertise, encouragement, and unwavering support were instrumental in my recovery journey. I cannot thank her enough for her friendship and care.

I had a great experience with Melissa for my neck and back pain. She was super detailed and helped highlight other muscle weaknesses that were complicating my neck issues. 10/10 recommend working with her if you struggle with postural issues!

WARNING: SCAMMy physical therapist, Joelle, was amazing. She really helped me and listened to the problems I was having and helped me accordingly. She is not the reason I’m leaving this review. The policies put into place by the admin are un-accommodating, and absolutely unreasonable. Before you go here, keep in mind that rescheduling counts as a cancellation. 15 minutes late also counts as a cancellation. As a full-time on-call employee and student, who takes public transportation, I found these policies difficult to abide by.Keep in mind, you must schedule three appointments to even get seen by a PT, which makes abiding by their “cancellation” policies even more difficult. The worst part: their “cancellation” fee is $100. The $100 makes it seem like they are squeezing their clients for cash. This feels like a SCAM to me.When they did charge me the fee, they did so when they said they weren’t going to, or did so without informing me at all.I do not blame the receptionist for this, but I blame the higher-ups for forcing her to do their dirty work.Do NOT go here for PT if you are a full-time employee or student, or if you don’t have a car. Extremely ridiculous, I feel played.

Very positive experience. They truly care on a personal level with your recovery and are very very knowledgeable and explain it well. Conor is the best! Ask for him if he's available.
