I really loved the medical care I received. Everyone was so very nice. Unfortunately the billing has been a nightmare. Per agreement with the billing department I approved for them to automatically take $10.00 from my account every month. They started in November 2022. So far I have had $40.00 of payments withdrawn from my account. But every statement I received never showed my account credited with nothing. I call a couple of times and spoke with a ******. I got all kinds of excuses. She made me feel like I am stupid. First she just wanted to claim only my January payment. I had to insist and offered to show proof you started withdrawing in November 2022. Then she kept saying that it was on a different statement, etc. That something was blocking my payments and so on. I told her I need to see that my payments were credited. She said I should have received something saying something about my payments. I have received nothing. I received ANOTHER statement that simply doesn't reflect my payments at all. I am tired of calling. How hard is it to send me a statement showing my payments and that my account was credited? I am super low income. I simply can't afford to just throw away money. I tried to be responsible. But I am done making payments that go nowhere.

I saw Dr. Wolfe today and he's an amazing Dr. I felt heard, safe, comfortable and I felt empowered and as if I am in charge of what happenes next. It was nice to have options and have all the pros and cons of those options explained in a friendly manner.

Was not in a hurry. Spent time to correctly diagnose my knee issue. Got me started on the road to recovery many times faster than expected. Was able to get an appointment within days instead off weeks

Friendly, professional, and highly skilled. Dr Van Hofwegen is always concerned for his patients’ total wellbeing. He and his staff all work together to help us with whatever we need. I have had 12 major surgeries, one of them was a new knee that Dr Van Hofwegen put in. So, I have had a lot of experience with surgeons and he is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon who I am very fortunate to have to put in a new shoulder joint, and later to do foot and back repair surgeries. You will not regret choosing him for your surgeon!

Dr. Gannon has most notably been thorough and patient during office visits. He has never appeared to be rushed, and even encourages my questions. Instead of moving closer towards the door to his next appointment, he actually remains seated or standing inside the exam room until my questions and concerns have been addressed to my satisfaction. Dr. Gannon is patient, pleasant, and non-condescending in his language and demeanor.

Dr. Dahl is superb. He is meticulous and yet efficient and skillful. My surgery went extremely well and I am most grateful. The surgery assistant (Lindsey) and nurse (Jennifer) were equally excellent. Thank you. Steve Liu

Dr. Van Hofwegen is the most an outstanding doctor. He listens and makes you feel important and respected. He resolved a major shoulder problem that two doctors before him missed or misdiagnosed. As I age out, I know I will continue to get as much help as medically possible with Dr. V, Dr. Udawatta and Dr. Gannon. I continue to get excellent support from my medical team at proliance.

Frazier Coe is smart, and pays attention to details. He visited soon after surgery in the recovery room to assure everything was going well. The 2 week follow up in his office was professional, informative and very reassuring.

Dr. Gannon has performed surgery on my right hip over ten years ago. (No problems) When I told him that I was dealing with pain in my left hip he tested my flexibility & asked me about the pain level. Because I have been taking 2 Tylenol pills every day in the morning, I don't have pain. He told me that the cushion between the bones in my left hip is completely gone - it's bone against bone. So, according to the Dr. I should stay with the Tylenol pills because that treatment is 1000 times better than hip replacement surgery. He is a very skilled and caring physician, and I feel that I can trust him.

Dr Gannon always answers my specific questions and offers helpful suggestions for my recovery. My second knee replacement has gone much better because I never stopped doing exercises from the first one 13 months ago. Therefore I was in better shape and more efficient at doing the exercises this time. After seven weeks, I’ve reached my goals for both flexion and extension and almost have a normal gait. Now it’s just a question of getting stronger and faster.

I had a surgery just this morning with Dr. Van Hofwegen ( a meniscus repair) and had a really good experience. In particular, I was very impressed with the Anesthesiologist ( I believe his name was Brooks) I was very anxious and quite scared when I went in and he said several times “ I will be with you the whole time and it’s my one job to keep you safe and comfortable” He was very kind and polite and made me feel much better about the surgery. There were two nurses in particular ( Nancy and the post operative nurse Brianna) who were total sweethearts and made everything very calm and pleasant for me.I really do like Dr. Van Hofwegen as well, he is an incredible surgeon and I appreciate that he is very direct and transparent, but also listens and clearly cares about his patients and their outcomes. He seems like a genuinely nice man and a good person on top of his professionalism. He is obviously very good at what he does and if I needed anything done in the future.. he is the surgeon I would want to see. This is my second surgery with this doctor and I would absolutely recommend him and in particular this team he had working today. Thank you!☺️

Hopefully you avoid damaging a joint on skis or bikes, but if you do and are in Bellingham get yourself to Proliance. They have a walk-in evaluation service that is patient friendly, intelligent and prepared to put you back on an active path as quickly as possible. I worked with Alex and his informed care was excellent.
