NO ONE lives on site or is ever in the office except rent collection days. No one answers the phone or returns calls. My rent went up 35 percent in 4 months. My unit was okay except for the spider infestation and their droppings. Elevator was out for weeks, the gate frequently does not work (and no one responds). This used to be a great location - the man who ran it was great. Now it's just a money grab with ever increasing rents. Go somewhere else that is clean , secure, and actually has staff on site. Or who will answer the phone.

Zero stars.
Drove 4 hours to empty my storage unit only to find I misplaced the key. No staff or manager on site. It was a mistake to rent a unit here.

This is an absolute scam. Do not rent from here. The elevator is out of service (and people say it has been out of service since 2024). The website does not indicate anything about it. There is nobody on site. We are currently trying to get our money back and change into a new unit.
The cancelling and getting a new unit has been a pain.
Edit: The customer service called me and told me that the elevator has been out of service for only 2 weeks and will be out for at least few more weeks. So be aware. After they called me they informed me that they can’t update the website about elevator closures as they vary quite often. Apparently elevator not working since 2024 was written by another customer there and not accurate). We rented another unit in another location. We still did not receive a refund as a person has to come on site and verify the unit is indeed empty.
However, while we were trying to rent a new unit, we couldn’t use the labor day discount as it was not a new account anymore. I think the internal system of public storage is lagging as we were transferred 5 times on 50 minute call.
We were able to solve the issue by creating a new account. We were lucky we were two people. If there was only one person whose time was sensitive there would be no way to fix the issue until someone comes onsite.

Edit: update, this place continues to go down hill. Visted again today and the elevator is out of service. Which makes moving things in or out of storage on the basement level impossible because apparently there is no access to the stairs from inside the building on the entry floor?? And the doors to the stairs on the outside are locked. Is there anyone onsite to unlock those doors or answer questions? Is anyone answering the phone? Nope, youre on your own once again. But they'll still continue to raise your rent. I get that things happen, but what they're charging for the absmal level of customer service is shameful. DO NOT RENT A SPACE HERE.
I've been renting a space here for a few years. It used to be great but recently the customer service has plummeted (but they did make sure to raise the price of my unit $30 more a month) Recently I was trying to get into the property and the gate wasn't working. 4 separate people tried their access codes and the gate wouldn't open for any of us. Tried calling the customer service number and no one answered. The front office was locked and no one was in there. Does anyone actually work there? ANY response from the property manager would be nice. Finally left after waiting 45 minutes. I get it, stuff happens, but it's getting hard to brush off. I dont usually leave negative reviews but Ive tried every other method to get a response. Will definitely be looking for a new unit elsewhere

Honestly, I have no complaints about the security and cleanliness of this place, however, don’t plan to stay long because they jack up the prices on you. A 10’x10’ starts out costing between $150-200. After a couple of years, my payments are now up to $350!!! That’s ridiculous!!!
