The 4th floor smells musty and the odor sticks your items too. We've had our unit just under a year and the price has been raised every 3 months. We're getting ready to end our lease since the price has more than doubled and just doesn't work for us any more

5 codes to get in, also no after hours moving. They only allow you to come in during business hours. Real treat when you move across state. Not very clean either, I visit many public storages and this one is by far the worst for the reasons above.

This business is horrible and cannot communicate properly they have different standards and rules depending on each employee.

What a great human being you have working on this location. Brady was so kind and pleasant to work with. I left the other location because of over charging me for years without telling me for the same unit. I was going to cancel everything but because of him I stayed.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well kept. Special thanks to Adam who went well out of his way to help me with my problem (which I had created for myself and was in no way the fault of the staff). On a related note, if you use their car storage lot, it may be best to back in to your space.

Units have a remarkable amount of height to take advantage of. Brandon was really helpful, friendly and professional. Seems like a really well managed, secure facility.

The app works well. The downside is trying to reach the on-site manager for any questions as I did days ago via voicemail and never got a returned phone call.
