I went to get boxes to move my mother-n-laws house after her passing. Jim met me with a giant smile and helped me pick what I needed to pack up her house. He even let me take a few recycled boxes to help out!! He was so personable and made the experience really easy and memorable!!! Thank you Jim!!

I would rate this establishment a 0 if I could, because I literally had no help. I went to simply get boxes. The hours on the door read they were open till 5, I went at 3:30pm on a Saturday. No one was at the desk, nor inside. The doors were locked. I called the number on the door twice Which sent me to cooperate so they could reach out to an employee at the location. The man on the phone also said that they would be back within 20-30 minutes, as it might have been a lunch break, which did not happen. The call then got transferred to the location and no one picked up. I would have totally complained to the location in person, but ... SMH. Do better. At least let customers know no one is at the location.

what a joke those reviews are. i see in one review he says "they even called me when i forgot to lock my unit" are you stupid? that is "them" the managers, setting up their "your unit was unlocked" that's exactly what they tell you after they've burglarized your unit, they tell you your unit is open. not that it was broken into or burglarized. those reviews are the managers covering for eachother. yeah we know its the managers calling their lowlife l**** friends with trucks to come steal their customers property. do not take anything to public storage. they are paying yelp to remove real reviews. yelp is in on the cover-up!!! below is my original review that yelp keeps removing and other real reviews
