What you would expect from a storage facility. The low rating is due to having to input my security code every time I enter the elevators, even though I have already entered my security code to get on premises and have a key to my unit... This system is seriously flawed, as the elevator starts moving before most people can get their codes in. Then you have to go to another floor, and then back to the floor you wanted to go to.

Just put in the name and I would like to acknowledge Karisha and Julian and John I would like to acknowledge these individuals for going above and beyond with their customer service time and patience with me. I am not good with using these locks. They have different times taking the time to show me how to use the lock and have gone above and beyond with helpful advice and being kind and caring

Julien at reception was so pleasant and helpful in my decision which unit to use and got me set up quickly and efficiently. The unit was clean, the app makes entry into the lot was easy (except sometimes the elevator wouldn’t connect with the app but it was still easy to enter the code) and overall great experience as a first time storage user!

This location is absolutely amazing, great units, great parking, and excellent maintenance.
Though the real star is for the site manager Julian. His service and expertise on the units was the main reason I felt confident signing up for a unit. Thank you Julian!!! 🥳🤩

Wow, what a great experience here! I accidentally booked a unit at Alaska Way and the team at this Eastlake facility helped me move my storage unit on the spot. They were so nice and accommodating and helped me get a great unit on the ground floor with super easy access at a fair price.
The facility is huge and conveniently close to every thing in SLU and downtown Seattle. I really appreciate the layers of security and easy access through the Public Storage app.
Great service, facility, security, and access. I’m super happy to be a customer!

Karisha, Julian, and Ryan have been my Public Storage heroes over the last day. Their customer service and kindness speaks to how well run this Public Storage facility is. I lost my keys and they were able to drill out my unit lock within the day and were available the next day to open it up for my movers. The facility itself is clean and easy to access. Julian even brought up a big cart for my movers when he saw they needed one. Truly a storage angel. Overall 10/10 facility for storage needs. Everyone that works here is really lovely and helpful.
