Great location and phenomenal service! The staff here are consistently helpful, friendly, and patient. They always took the time to answer our questions and assist us whenever we needed + had great senses of humor. We used this location for about 4 months this year and had a lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!

Coquita was so amazing she needs a raise! She was so friendly, accommodating, and personable! She turned a stressful day for me into a better day because she was so nice. This was my first time using a storage unit and she walked me through everything and found me the best deals! I'm so appreciative of the time and effort that she took to help me out. She was also so incredibly kind to all the customers there as well. It's so rare to run into great people like her but I'm so glad she works here and continues to be who she is! She made my experience amazing and I want to her provide me service everywhere I go because she was just so great!

Great customer service i was able to lock in a great price a jus the other day wit this amazingly beautiful b’yon gods creation by Quita hands down she could mos def get a discounted prices off any catering needs from Papa D’s Kitchen and Hollywood BBQ she might have

Go somewhere else.
They lured me in at a low rate ($47/mo). I've had it for a year and they're already increased it OVER 100%, despite the same size unit still going for $47 online. Hours are also terrible.
One upside: Clean, secure facility.

Quita is the most wonderful person ever she made all the changes needed to be made and made everything so much easier and stress free. I really think public storage should give her a raise. She does an amazing job!! I’m a very happy customer!!

I actually love the storage place the employees are great and helpful and understanding I hate how they don't stay open later and they close at 6:00 to makes it very very hard to accommodate when you're working person

Coquita at Dearborn St Seattle public storage made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process of utilizing the facility. Her customer service is top-notch, and It's the reason I return time and time again i've been a loyal customer for over five years now, and the entire time Coquita as well as her team never fail to impress.
