If I could give them a zero I would. Just went to my unit after having my stuff there all summer to find rat poop all over my stuff and my memory foam mattress topper was also chewed up by rats! Also, there elevator doesn’t work.

Jeanette was the best !!!! She helped me move in smoothly, quickly and showed me the best way to get around the storage facility and where to find the carts. There were a lot of other people coming in during my time with her in the office and she always remained so bubbly and upbeat and kind with all of us. I love Public Storage !!!! I swear they have the nicest employees at any storage facility I have been to !!!

Let me just tell you that, while this location has had ups and downs over the years, the new management is EXCELLENT.
Jeanette is an absolute joy to work with. I initially had some challenges with getting my account started online and customer service had schedule me an appt for the next day instead. Ok, fine, no big deal.
About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jeanette and she offered that I could come by today and get everything set up. She's incredibly pleasant on the phone and even more so in person - something that you are hard pressed to find in customer service.
Upon arrival, Jeanette walked me through my options to meet my needs. She walked me through both units allowing me to make an informed decision. She discussed all the building information I would need and then walked me through the process of getting everything set up for my new unit.
Jeanette is a STAR and Public Storage is lucky to have her on their team. I'm extremely happy to know that such a wonderful person is in charge of that location and look forward to running into her when I am on-site.
