Update: They ended up refunding me, and I got my things back. Turns out they had gotten a lock removal request, and then accidentally cut mine instead. Still, wouldn’t do business with them again, but at least they tried to make it right in the end. Very kind property manager (when you can get through to him), but PS’s employees are spread very thin across different properties so don’t expect great communication.
I have never been so furious with a company in my entire life. The first time I came to my unit, they did not communicate that they would be sealing it and leaving the lock inside for me to discover, so I called their customer service but never got a response. There is also never anyone working at the building. I went and bought my own lock, opened the seal to my unit, and found their lock inside. But whatever, I moved on, put my stuff inside, and used my lock to lock the door. Just came back today to put more things inside and found that not only was my lock missing, but they put a different lock on it and sealed it shut with wire?? I have received no communication regarding this, I cannot get through to customer service, and I have no idea if all my stuff is still in there or not. At this point I’m just hoping I can get my stuff back, and hopefully my money back too. Literally go anywhere else but here!! Also lower stakes but there are never any available dollies to use :/

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY – Complete Nightmare
This has been one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with any company. My friend has been overcharged, ignored, and left with zero support. No one is ever on site, they never return calls, and despite paying for her unit in full, they cut her lock without notice and locked her out of her own belongings. We now find a lock and seal on the unit that she did not put there, and she has no access to the things she’s actively paying for.
She’s called, emailed, and texted—nothing. No response. Just automated messages telling her to retrieve her things even though she can’t get into the unit because of what THEY did.
The time, stress, and frustration this has caused her is beyond comprehension. I don’t normally leave reviews, but maybe this will get their attention. This place is completely mismanaged and unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, go anywhere else.

I've had some negative experiences at rental facilities in the past, which left me hesitant to trust another company with my belongings. I reluctantly gave Public Storage a try and could not be happier with my experience. Wesley, the employee who helped me, was absolutely great! He was very accommodating and helpful, and got me set up with a great unit for a reasonable price! I left with a sense of relief and a realization that good customer service DOES still exist!

This place crushes. All of the staff are great with communication and always have such a great attitude. Very clean and easy to access with the two entrances/exits despite the city central location. 10/10 would recommend

I've rented from many different storage facilities and this one has to be the best experience yet. I spoke with Wesley who offered great customer service, and made the whole process easy. Now I can rest assured that my things are in good hands. Can't say enough about Wes and this facility.
