Rats, Rats, Rats! Ruined all of my stored furniture and even items stored in heavy plastic bins! Plus the fleas from them chew you up when you go there, presenting a significant health concern! I repeatedly reported this problem to on site management, but my big mistake was not buying the insurance; assuming my threats would be floods or fires or theft, research showed these threats were highly unlikely! I never thought rats would destroy everything and threaten my health! Without insurance they wouldn’t help me! I have now found a better storage option which is clean, indoor and cheaper!

No issues whatsoever. I needed a space urgently the same day. There was about 2 hours left til closing time and was able to get a spot and start moving my stuff in, even without an agent in the office.

Hardly ever leave reviews but the attention and customer service I received from Haley was memorable enough and worth taking the time to leave a 5 star review. She went above and beyond to help me figure out my storage situation and made sure to give me as much valuable information and help as she could. Even tho the system was giving me trouble, she walked me thru everything patiently and kindly. Wish more people in customer service everywhere were like her!

Had a great experience with Property Manager Haley ! She was professional and informative. Haley patiently took us to view each unit and even offered suggestions to help align our needs. The property looked very clean.

RAT INFESTATION!!!
DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!
PUBLIC STORAGE WILL TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR DAMAGES, INSURANCE WILL ONLY COVER $250 WORTH OF DAMAGES. THEY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE RAT PROBLEM FOR YEARS AND DECIDE TO IGNORE IT. IRREPLACEABLE ITEMS WERE LOST DUE TO THIS PLACE!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone that needs storage. The staff here is great particularly Sandra and jacob. I have over $200 in fees that were racked up and Sandra volunteered to help me get them waived even though I never even asked her for help, she felt it was the right thing to do. You don’t see that kind of Customerservice anymore and she actually produced my bill just a little effort over $200. It’s nice to see that there are still people who care about other people and go above and beyond to help them. A very well earned five stars!
