They TRIPLED the rent after just a few months!!! NEVER trust this place!!! Every time you turn around your rent WILL be higher for no reason except to line their slimy pockets.

I’m extremely appreciative for the staff that was working today.
I was downsizing to a smaller unit. When I ordered it online I was assigned a space two floors above my current unit. I asked them when I arrived if they had one on the same floor. They gladly found one and made the change without drama.
What I love is when front facing employees act happy and appear happy at work.
I haven’t always agreed with price hikes and elevators being down. But dealing with pleasant employees takes all the negatives away.

Just got notice of ANOTHER rent increase beginning next month. I have only used this unit for about a year and they have increased the rent 72%. This is beyond predatory. I can’t recommend this place at all. Moving to a different, much cheaper and less predatory, storage facility closer to town.
Also really sucks you can’t get in past 6pm. Makes no sense.
I read some other reviews about how others have gotten rent discounts by updating their reviews to higher ratings. Don’t trust the 4.6 stars…

This is an excellent location with excellent customer service, Robin is very helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining. Public storage needs to do better and get them some computers that don’t swirl for hours. They are working extra hard, waiting on the technology of this place. And I had to swipe! But overall because of the customer service and the security… This place is great!

Terrible experience - do not recommend. Very expensive for what you get. One of the two elevators in Building A was nonfunctional for a very long time and they neglected to fix it despite our requests. Made moving out of our second floor unit incredibly difficult as many others were moving as well. When we got our wool rugs out of the unit they were fully infested and eaten away by moth larvae which must have come from a different unit (the units are not sealed from one another. They were in pristine condition when we stored them. Will likely have to dispose of them after paying for storage for two years.
