I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the storage services at this location, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a spotless environment that immediately put my mind at ease. The cleanliness of the facility is truly impressive, reflecting a level of professionalism that is hard to come by.
What really stood out to me, however, was the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. The girls at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel valued as a customer and were more than willing to assist with any questions I had. One team member, in particular, Sharaine, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless. Her cheerful demeanor and willingness to help made all the difference. She took the time to explain the storage options available, providing insights that helped me select the perfect unit for my belongings.
Overall, I am very happy to have my items stored at this beautiful location. The combination of a pristine facility and exceptional service, especially from Sharaine, has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a reliable and welcoming place to store their belongings!

Regina and Sharaine were absolutely brilliant and amazing they are so friendly and they keep this facility so clean. They are very informative and willing to help.
Sharaine helped me with renting my unit and getting me the lowest price that was available at the time and told me the best way to move my items.
Regina helped suggest the best was to organize my stuff into my unit when she saw me while I was looking at my unit confused.
These women are extremely dedicated to their job and both deserve a raise.

Excellent facility. Clean, safe and well organized. There newly implemented security features make all the difference in the world about how I feel about leaving my personal belongings in the safekeeping of others. If it's little extra money, pay it. If it's a little inconvenient, deal with it. In the end, it's worth every penny

Every staff member I've encountered here have been very professional and helpful. We were able to pull our 26 ft. rental truck into the covered parking area and quickly and efficiently moved items into my unit. This facility has excellent security measures in place and I feel very confident accessing my unit when needed. I highly recommend.

I’ve had a unit at Public Storage on 97th and Aurora for two years now.
The manager, Regina, has always been very friendly and helpful every time I go in. The facilities are kept clean, and Regina is very quick to respond to questions customers have.

This place is great, the staff are really nice, and Regina, the manager is awesome. she’s super helpful and sweet and funny. i’ve heard lots of horror stories at other storage units, but everyone seems to be very happy with their experience here. It’s the first time I’ve ever had to have a storage unit, and I’m very grateful that It’s been a nice experience!

Howdy y’all this is #1 trusted location for this corporation. Staff is top notch, they far exceeds expectations of the PS standards of customer service. Special mention to the lovely and jazzy Miss Regina! She provides 5⭐️ service where us customers typically get half as much from others.
*Personal anecdote with trust. No need to worry about small high value Items missing from your unit here, while conveniently zero camera footage of said alleged incident. Maybe this happens when the PS location is in the “center of the universe.”
