Attention shoppers! If you are thinking about living here take your time to tour the area different times of day and also consider that there is an elite Community Manager here to help you. Her name is Aarnelle and I am proud of her. She's very warm like a red tea is warm. She has experience with the leasing firm and has worked with the president of the company too.I am proud of her because she is very good at her assignment. I remember when she began here as an ambitious student and she has a presence that comes with patience and faith. I am proud of her because she teaches me and always gives me something to think about. And that's even if I disagree. She reminds me how much value I have. I think that's meaningful and more than anything, I know she heals and cares. That's hard to do when you are also human, busy and beyond worthy of love. I am overcome by her forgiveness as years ago I was extremely rude to her as I sought solutions and answers in my efforts to keep this place safer and imperfectly beautiful. She gave me forgiveness that I will give unto others. I have something special and priceless because of her and I am still here because of her efforts to keep things feasible and within reach financially. Please consider there are some difficulties living in this neighborhood and all about Seattle too. Know that if you seek beauty in a flourish of cultural textures, linnearand winding alleys which cup the hatched treasures and thier singularity which is found within this ethnic neighborhood- it's all yours. It's yours, you will find beauty if you try. Behold history, architecture, ancestorial elements that may soothe you when city life may not suit you one day to the next. The humble restaurants are sought by travelers and you can have them everyday here. You will have dining, coffee, tea, affordable lunches, incredible herb shops, florists and friendships here that are not experiences you can only afford twice a year only. If you are closed minded, too fussy then you're finished in this place.

Arsha, the leasing agent, made applying very smooth and easy. The building is beautiful. There’s a rooftop desk with BBQ grills to enjoy a warm summer evening on. The location cannot be beaten. It’s across the street from the light rail, the sounder commuter train, Amtrak, and the Broadway-International District streetcar. Groceries are right beside the building along with some of the most amazing food in Seattle! And there are events! We just had a boba tea event on the roof where you can make your own boba tea! They are building storage for residents as well, which will help - this is still Seattle, so most apartments in the city will be smaller than we would want. There are Amazon lockers just for residents so they never have to worry about package theft. The building is Amazon-keyed so you don’t need to buzz in the delivery person either. They use an app for community management that has a marketplace and random posts by residents - kinda like a Facebook set up. I’m already planning to post some things to sell and pick up a few items as well! I think it’s a great way to get introduced to your neighbours.Overall, I’m pretty pleased with just about everything. I’ve seen that some feel that it could be better, but as a resident of king county for a decade, I think those people are pretty darn picky. I don’t feel inconvenienced in any way. Just the opposite! Thanks for being awesome, Publix!

I lived here and paid for all my bills on time, when I decided to move out the leasing staff assured me that my utilities account would be closed by them so there was no need to worry, plus they didn’t give residents access to their utility accounts to do so.After they sent me my move out money meaning all ties with Blanton Turner had been cut. Kept on receiving bills form the utility company. Totaling about $600-$800. meaning that the leasing staff didn’t do what they promised they would do which is as simple as, keep my security deposit money if I still have bills and now I am in debt collection

My boyfriend and I worked with Arsha for a tour and initial move in papers. Arsha was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, the apartment, and other random questions we had. It was reassuring he was able to answer all the questions without having to 'get back to us' or look into it. Throughout the whole process they've been responsive (Refreshing compared to the usual treatment from apartment staff) and accommodating. I wasn't able to meet the other staff who work at publix, though hopefully they're all equally as friendly and helpful

Here is my experience.Pros:- Modern design- Accessibility to downtown Seattle + shops- Large bathroom (for the unit I rented)- The hallways were cleaned frequently- Maintenance person was awesome!Con:- Once you’re on their “bad list”, expect heavy delays in response to your emails- Leasing staff acts friendly in person but their actions show otherwise- Car races/gatherings were frequent and loud at night in the parking lot next to the buildingThe choice to live here is yours.

I cannot say this strongly enough. DO NOT RENT FROM BLANTON TURNER. We moved out in April and were sent our deposit minus some outstanding bills. Then central billing started asking for some of the money back, but wouldn't provide any evidence that we owe it. To make matters worse, they sent my information to a debt collector who also have no information to prove that I owe any money. And all over $100. Disgusting.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to email them several times to even get a reply for a showing. Then they tell me the day of. I can come at 12:30. I get from federal way all the way here, just for no one to be available. No one comes to the call box. No one answers the phone. Just to be told im sorry the next appointment is 1:45. As a veteran this is bad for business. Ill never deal with these people again, and letting every veteran i know.

I’ve lived here for a year. At the beginning of my lease, staff was readily available and receptive. In the last 6 months however, the staff has gone from sitting in the lobby to field resident questions, to often locking themselves in the back office or being inaccessible altogether. On multiple occasions, I have found my valuable packages and confidential mail left unlocked and unattended, in full view of 5th Avenue/Chinatown. Don’t live here.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! BUT... 1) Kinda pricey for inconveniences 2) Busy vehicle noise can be insane at times 3) Homeless drug addict screamers 4) Trash Problems more often than not One GREAT thing I can say about living here is... I NEVER hear my neighbors Top, bottom & sides! My wife and I moved here from Federal Way. We have always loved Seattle and Chinatown. For us the inconveniences don't push us away. It's something we deal with for the conveniences. Our Favorite FOOD IS EVERYWHERE! This is our home... for now...

I truly am not one to dump on and on. Well apparently, that is not today. Speaking of dumps, here is what the The Publix virtual tour VIP tenants get that isn't included in the brochure. Notice the Club Level amenities included with your resort package also include warm breakfasts and the warm, rotting, compostable and fowl aromas of Blanton's Turner's Club Level delicacies at Le Bin. Le Bin Room is truly an experience you just have live here to understand. Imagine, even on a late Thursday evening at about midnight this place is hopping and it was so incredibly packed with new tenants touristas and local regulars who have actually lived here several years that they literally have to push the door open multiple times just to get inside the hot mess of Le Bin Room at The Publix. Apparently they were so short staffed and after a month of snow the officials here and management are still frozen and the thawing, roasty, compostable specialities were dished... Oh, how do pedestrians say...serve yourself. Apparently this is one of those luxurious places where guests must serve themselves and also clean up themselves after waiting weeks for the tasting menu. Perhaps next time, they could just spend a nominal dime, maybe take their ties off, roll up their sleeves, put on some sneakers, t-shirts, and blue jeans and rent a truck and let's call it...a catering event. After all the corporate office kitchen is only a jostle few blocks away. Here's to Scam You Wishes and Compostable Dreams!

I loved living here. In my opinion, The Publix is a gem spoiled by its surroundings - the neighborhood isn't great, but that's really the only drawback and the reason I had to move. I felt the building itself was amazing and adorable, with a neat history. But what really set apart The Publix for me was Kenny and Aarnelle's kindness/friendlyness. They went above and beyond to help me out, even though I was moving out, and towards the letter end of year here they had lots of fun events and frequently interacted with tenants. If you have to live downtown, I feel you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to live.

I truly enjoyed living here! It's a great location and the tenants are kind. I moved to The Publix during the height of the pandemic and I felt incredibly safe. The move-in process was seamless. The building was clean, management was prompt in responding to my questions, and the maintenance staff went above and beyond to repair broken items in my apartment. If I did not have to move closer to work, I would choose to live at The Publix.

I had a great experience living at The Publix. The C-ID is the one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle, with a tight knit community and vibrant cultural spaces. If you can afford to live here and want friendly and thoughtful staff, convenience and cleanliness, it’s a wonderful place to live. They have limited MFTE units that are a little more affordable as well.Special shout outs to John and Todd who are kind, hard working, and go beyond what I had expected from a large management company with lots of units. I recommend living at The Publix.

What a great place to live. Although in the heart of the ID, bustling near the heart of downtown, the apartment was quiet. Facility is clean, staff is friendly. I want to expend my thanks to John, Daniel and Todd. Thanks for your hospitality and service.
