Run by a bunch of teenagers who don’t even play golf. Asked to hit a Qi35 core model. The kid asked what’s a Qi35 😂 then I said it’s the new Taylormade driver. He said I’ll be right back. Ran away for 3 minutes came back out and said “I’m sorry we dont have any Taylormades”. I was like there’s a whole rack of them right here, can I hit this one. “Uhh I don’t know, I’ll be right back.” 5 minutes later. I asked the boss and he said he has to build you a club but he’s on lunch break. It’s 2:45pm. Can I just hit that club that I have you? “Oh so what do you want?” Can I talk to someone else. Yo other dude, can I hit this driver? “Yes just give me 15 minutes I have to tape it off”. 30 minutes later…. 👋
Not to mention everything is 15-30% more expensive than any online golf shop…

The folks at Puetz Golf stand behind the products they sell 100%. I recently ordered from their online store a close-out electric Golf Caddy/Trolly that was discontinued by the manufacturer in 2024.
Imagine my disappointment when the unit came to me and was defective with nothing working as it should. Andy from Puetz customer service not only responded to my concerns professionally and promptly outside of business hours… but they replaced it, in the store, with a unit that was the current model for no additional cost. 100% painless and all on the same Sunday I reached out.
Jordan from the Seattle location literally had everything complete in a few short minutes, no interrogation, no hassle, never a doubt that they were going to do the right thing. I didn’t need to pay for shipping because I bought it online, didn’t need to wait until they could source another similar 2024 model, or just give me my money back… I just got excellent service and walked out with a perfect, new replacement.
Service like this is from a prior age when businesses valued the customer more than the sale. They will have my business on every golf purchase I can send their way, and they should get yours too!!!

Dispite the neighborhood of course the atmosphere and the community and the workers at puetz golf are really nice and the driving range is allways quiet and never loud conpared to other places this is my go to place to go to the range 10/10 recomend

The website is easy to search. I bought a new Cleveland driver at a substantial savings. It arrived with no hassle. I would use this site again when in the market for golf equipment.

Bought a driver there, service made me feel like I was an inconvenience to the staff. I also realized when I got home that the "new" driver they sold me looked like it had been hit on their range hundreds of times (my fault for not noticing earlier, but really frustrating). I'd recommend Puetz as a good place to try out clubs, and then just buy it online from the manufacturer.

Is awesome, after my first experience with a less-than -thorough club fitter he went above and beyond to re fit my existing iorn set and make some modifications, he had me hit plenty of balls and try many shaft flexes weights length and grip sizes and got them dialed in for me. He was beyond fair with everything he didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary or up sell me. I am very happy with my clubs after he took a second look and found what the previous fitter missed. Thanks Puetz and Blake!

I don't know why mats aren't being replaced, audited and maintained on a daily and half daily routine on all of them. This is the 3rd time I have slipped on the mat and now I've injured myself and now I'm done with Puetz.
There are two ranges in North Seattle open to the public, Jackson and yours. Private business or not this is doing public harm.
I will not be returning ever.
