Bought a driver there, service made me feel like I was an inconvenience to the staff. I also realized when I got home that the "new" driver they sold me looked like it had been hit on their range hundreds of times (my fault for not noticing earlier, but really frustrating). I'd recommend Puetz as a good place to try out clubs, and then just buy it online from the manufacturer.

These people are scammers. Ordered a golf bag from and never received it. They say it was delivered but they can't tell me who signed for it or the name of the company that delivered it. They are just scammers.

Great store but the top tracer wasn't working for the entire range kind of a bummer.

Shoutout to James in the Seattle store for locating some highly coveted Nike golf shoes. He assured me that I would have them in time for the following weekend. They came the day after I ordered them. Great customer service!

I'm a Seattle native and life long golfer. The customer service here is no where near what it once was. Entitled young white staff members that know nothing of the game. You can tell it's more of a social club for university students behind that counter. This was a once great gold store. Now it stinks. I was going to buy the titlest t100s iron set. But I think I'll go to TGW instead. They're 20 percent cheaper anyway their. Thanks for the mems puetz. See ya.

Not sure what has happened to good ol reliable Puetz. I am a born and raised Seattleite and Puetz has always been the go to for reliable, excellent golf recommendations, lessons, knowledge and customer service. But what now? The staff the past 3-4 months have been more about themselves than the customer. I have been in at least 6 times (driving range/equipment) in the past two months and not once have I been acknowledged when I approached the customer service counter (I always approach with a smile and pleasant demeanor) The staff may ring your purchases up (after you stand there 10 minutes) and just push the whole pile at you when done.... Not offering if one wants a bag. Once All 5 young men were chatting behind the counter recently and I had to ask 5 times if I could get help with the ball dispenser as the tokens did not work. It took an instructor coming from the outside to help. But maybe the best was me standing at the desk waiting to inquire/make a golf purchase. Again, all 4-5 employees were behind the counter taking about who was best dressed that day and completely ignoring me. Their answers to equipment questions seem superficial at best. Is it because I'm a senior woman that I am clearly a ghost??? Not a (frequent) customer? Even my son, unsolicited, mentioned the smirks on the faces of the young men behind the counter. These young men need to spend time learning customer service and to be taught knowledge and decorum. They are not what one would want at a great golf store much less a golf course . Maybe they should strut their best dressed to the book store and read up on equipment and customer service. I have a large club purchase and cart purchase to make and it will not be at Puetz Two stars because it's Puetz 0 stars because customer service is zero

Just wanted to share that I had a problem with my Ping Irons I have had for 4 years. I brought them in to the Aurora shop and Chuck took great care of me. He sent them to PIng, negotiated with Ping about warrantee and he was able to get me brand new I 525 irons with my custom shaft and lie angles for FREE!! He kept in touch with me at all times and I am picking up my new clubs tomorrow ! Top notch service and employees !!! Greg Seattle

Really not helpful at all. Went in to buy a 700$ driver and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They didn’t remind me to grab my ID back after testing clubs, so of course I forgot it. Turns out they do that to a lot of people. I ended up going to pro golf where they were much more helpful

Customer service has heavily degraded recently. Feels like most the workers there are burned out as no one is stepping up to ask if any help is needed. Ended up asking for help to buy a new full set, and the person was helpful, but seems like the store is understaffed.

Dropped off a 7-iron at the Aurora Ave location on Monday to have the shaft replaced and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. On my way to pick it up on Wednesday, I noticed the “ready by” date on the claim ticket was Thursday, so I called the number on the ticket to confirm it was ready. Sat on hold for 5 minutes, guy comes back and said “uh….this is the Tukwila location, did you mean to call here?” Why in the world does the claim ticket have the Aurora address but the Tukwila phone number? Then called the correct location, guy said it would be ready Thursday at 3:00. Turned around and went home. Drove back on Thursday at 3:00. Guess what? Not only is the club not ready, but they can’t even get the shaft I ordered and no one took the time to call and tell me. Service here has never been great, but this experience confirmed this place is the actual worst. Never again. We’ll make the drive to Bellevue and give our $$$ to Club Champion.

Placed a order for Bettinardi Putter @PuetzGolf on 3/3Was told 2 weeks putter would be ready for pu at Bellevue store1 ½ weeks later rec’d call from @PuetzGolf and was told it will now be ready for pu on 4/7?Initially quoted 2 weeks and now over a month, was told delay is due to account issues? Sounded like a AP issues w/ Bettinardi and Puetz per the associate at Puetz?4/7 I call @PuetzGolf and ask if my putter is in? They said it hasn’t left @Bettinardi yet. Another false delivery date. Then I was informed it is shipping that day and we should have it early mid following week.I call @PuetzGolf 4/12 still no Putter and why am I calling, you provided a customer a pu date but I’m the one following up?4/20 I send email to @PuetzGolf customer service asking where my putter is? 4/21 @PuetzGolf responds and putter is in store.I ordered putter at Bellevue and went into pu 4/24, then I was informed putter was shipped by @Bettinardi to @PuetzGolf Seattle. **I was told again about a accounting issue, not my problem.** I inform then to just mail me my driver I didn’t have time to pu.@PuetzGolf Seattle did ship @Bettinardi putter the next day and I received it at 7 pm. I was excited and open up the box, I immediately noticed it didn’t have the jumbo grip which I ordered, then I took off the head cover and noticed it was right handed. Below is what my order notes state:MLH Bettinardi 2023 Queen B 6, Stock jumbo grip, 3” loft, 70”lie4/25 contacted Bellevue @PuetzGolf and asked associate to have manager call me, I believe it was Chris? Very nice gentleman and apologetic. He called 4/26. @PuetzGolf had a management meeting in Seattle store 4/26 and I asked Chris to check around that store if someone missed shipped. Chris said he would get back to me. Later on 4/26 Chris did get back to me. Only time someone did what they said they were going to do so I do appreciate it.On 4/25 I emailed photos, order info, and my displeasure to customer service and no reply. On 4/26 @PuetzGolf sent me a return label to mail putter back they sent incorrectly. Sure seems like a lot of work from a customer who is not getting what they bought almost 2 months prior. So now I got to take additional time and fix their error.Today 4/27 went into Puetz Golf Seattle returned club, they return the club but gentleman that helped me and assistance store manager no apologies just said Bettinardi sent the wrong putter. No solution to get putter, no apologies, no thank you for all the efforts I did and got nothing.@PuetzGolf use to be so good at service but this experience was so bad I don’t think I will be shopping there again.
