I've been going to PUSH for a year now. It honestly just keeps getting better. The programming is super intentional. The coaches are knowledgeable, fun, and welcoming. The community and community events are the best I've ever been a part of and I've been doing CrossFit for a decade.

I drop in here on occasion when visiting my friend who is a member. I am a personal trainer myself, and I am always impressed by how organized and efficient classes are run as well as the level of professionalism from the coaches. I see great movement quality from the members which I think is a testament to great coaching.

Love the gym and community here! Great vibes and supportive environment. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and take time to ensure everyone is set up to excel during the workouts. The free parking lot is a nice plus!

I couldn’t be happier to have found Push box! Although I was only here for a month and a half ( moving out of country) I have achieved so much. The coaches and the community are exactly what I was looking for. The coaches all have a wide range of knowledge and they most certainly lead by example! Whatever it is you are looking to achieve this place can get it done! Highly recommend giving it a try! Thanks guys, until next time!

I’ve been a member here for a couple months now and really enjoy this gym. The trainers are great and the community is very nice.This gym has a good app that allows you to track your class times, workouts, PRs and other cool things.

I love everything about this gym: the coaches / owners, the people, the programming, the location, the schedule, the way the gym is organized, the community events... I could go on. A lot of people are attracted to CrossFit because of the overall badass-ery of it, but I come for a different reason: after carrying and giving birth to two children and suffering from diastasis recti (ab separation), piriformis syndrome, and pelvic floor weakness, after a certain point, my physical therapist was like "... you just need to start exercising and strength training and you're going to get better." I had done CrossFit over ten years ago (shoutout to CrossFit Woburn) and loved it, but was hesitant to get back into it because I felt so weak and out of shape. I signed up for the free class thinking I would just try it out again, and lo and behold, very first class, Aidan helped me get my first double under ever. He explained the cues to me in a way that just unlocked a physical understanding of what I had to do: "Do you have kids? Okay. Have you ever shaken a rattle? Okay, imagine you're getting frustrated with your kid and you're shaking a rattle in his face." Who thinks of cues like that?! So I signed up! Aidan is very good at teaching and cues and I feel like I have improved in skill and form. And biggest win of all, I have physically felt my diastasis recti and piriformis syndrome improve (in other words, my core and glutes are getting stronger)!

Hands down best CrossFit gym in Seattle. The programming is top tier, the coaches go above and beyond to help you, and the community welcomes you like a creed song (with arms wide open).

After being in a workout rut for a while, I'm so glad I found Push Box! The coaches are amazing and take time to ensure that you're doing moves correctly. The people at the gym are awesome in helping to motivate, and the workouts are top notch. 10/10 all around

Great gym, I've been going since they opened. The community is very welcoming and the coaches at top notch.In terms of personal training, Cheryl (coach) has taken me from guy you got winded from walking up Denny to setting personal records on squat, deadlift, and bench. Highly recommend both PUSH Box and Cheryl.
