I used to love coming to this Pharmacy. There were people there for the longest time pharmacist and staff then something changed. For at least three years now there has been a high turnover rate and employees do not stay very long nor do the pharmacists. I feel the pharmacy should not be run by the manager of the store, but should have their own manager perhaps then things could be run better and staff would not end up being so condescending and rude assistant pharmacist (male) who logged an entry into their system that I had picked up for prescriptions on a certain date, but then insisted that he made a mistake and I actually came in on an earlier date. Therefore, I had run out of medication and could not get it filled for another couple of days. I have never had this issue and I have never run out of medication. I am very meticulous and organized. He confronted me and tried to convince me that I was the one at fault. I no longer trust or respect this individual and can no longer do business With QFC pharmacy. This store could use a solid pharmacy manager, who has Experience in dealing with quality customer service.

After another horrible encounter I am now switching pharmacies. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The staff have become rude and unprofessional! This location’s pharmacy has really gone down hill. Trying to get someone on the line is almost impossible and then when you do they don’t want to help. They are rude, miscommunicate, there’s delays, long waits, constantly out of meds and take several delivery cycles before they actually get it in, asking for id when not needed for the type of med. I’ve also even been overcharged for meds when none of my info or coverage has changed and then I’m charged normal the next time. Not sure what’s happening here but management needs to get it under control. This impacts people’s health.

If I go through a cashiered line, as opposed to self checkout, I expect my groceries to be bagged for me. The last two times I was here I had different cashiers but both times I had to bag my own. I will be taking my business elsewhere until they figure out how irritating this is for folks.

Its fine, the people who work here are genuinely nice, but they ROUTINELY take DAYS to refill even prescriptions on autofill way past the date I need them. I have no idea why it'd ever take that long to process common prescriptions. If it wasn't for being so close to my apartment i'd go elsewhere. Waiting 3-5 days between actually having the rx sent in and getting it is kind of ridiculous.

Thankful a staff member was replace by another... Now I LOVE interacting with all the Staff... VERY HELPFUL, PATIENT AND CARING... LOVE THEM ALL.. ???

My regular vet doesn't carry the eye drops I need for my dog and had no idea you could fill animal prescriptions at a human pharmacy. QFC wanted to charge me $70 for a 5ml bottle of the eye drops. I found the same eyedrops in a bottle twice the size (10ml) for $18 including shipping on Chewy. QFC, this is how the .coms win. Quit exploiting the communities you do business in.

Horrendous customer service from Evan. It was nothing like I ever seen. On his phone while I was asking him to help me. Ask questions about the hours they are here and he won't tell me a straight answer. I went to return something and then he was here's your money. And what piss me off was he didn't even bother to give me back my receipt. Another one was Zach. He just stood there not bagging my groceries until it piled up in the end and after I paid. These guys definitely felt some type of way about me I felt for no reason. I'm pissed off because I spend a lot of money too and I have to go there because I like the selection but something is really really wrong with some of these people that work there. I didn't have a great experience at all. They were RUDE AS HELL. These guys definitely don't want to work for their money. But this is not how life works. You better work assholes!!!!! Nothing in life is for free and I paid good money to shop there. They act like they are doing you a favor. I was pretty embarrassed at how they treated me. I'm a loyal customer. Customer service should be professional not having them just stand there and not do anything. Overall, rude as hell. I'm pretty sure they don't like minorities. Bet on that. Im gonna call people out if they don't act accordingly to their job. Clearly racists. Uncomfortable feeling when I'm a paying customer!

At drop off station A.R. lack customer services skills by talking at me, demanding my answers to black or white so much she corrected what my response was to fit how she wanted to hear it. Gave 2 stars bc I thought her purple hair was cool. Wonder if she is new to this store, this was a first with how I was treated at this pharmacy. Overall, as a poc, I have been watched as well when I shop at this location. Going to switch for next prescription to be filled.

I've been here for fifteen minutes. In that time, I've seen four customers and one employee walking around maskless. Employees doing nothing, all the while QFC's facial covering PSA goes off every few minutes. No intervention from staff just reinforces that these idiots can disrespect everyone else in the store and get off without issue.

This neighborhood grocery is such a hit and miss. On some days, the staff there is helpful, other days they don't seem to care. As a local chain they were consistently great, but after being bought out by Kroger, they've downgraded closer to Safeway level. Service is spotty varying by departments and keeping sale items stocked seems to be an issue. Also, why have self-checkout stands if you are just going to close off an entire section of them most of the day, everyday? Parking garage is terribly tight too. With so many grocery options around, this QFC needs to step up their game.

Watched a pharmacy tech walk through the store without a mask on. She proceeded to go back to the pharmacy, behind the counter, and start working, without a mask. I asked the pharmacist what was up with that, and the pharmacist literally just said nothing. If this place cares so little about employees taking 5 seconds to put a mask on inside a grocery store, around medication that may be for sensitive people, what does that say about the quality and care of the rest of their work.
