Insanely overzealous about all their Apartheid Israel-produced products. Israeli-made product displays stacked tall as my head in the store. Tons of Kosher products are produced in USA... Why can't you stock those for your shoppers instead? They should support American made, give jobs to Americans, and stop selling Israeli made products.

This store has bad customer service nowadays, the security guy was looking me over from head to toe. I asked him not to look at me like that because it makes me feel uncomfortable. He responded with bad words and expelled me from the store. I feel humiliated because I am a customer and deserve more respect...

Always have what I need. Fresh produce, excellent selection of meat and seafood. Slightly understaffed for the day before a holiday.

Dystopian self checkout experience, kiosk started recording me after i put the fork and soy sauce for my sushi in the bag. Employee had to watch over the video with me to prove it before unlocking it again. Lol literally what was that

First time I was treated like a shoplifter, and it was a very upsetting experience. Why not have someone at the door at all times, checking everyone’s receipts rather than flagging and tailing specific people? It’s extremely discriminatory and disrespectful. Not sure I want to shop here ever again.

This 5 star is for Lisa at self check out counter. She is perhaps the most nicest person I’ve met in Seattle. She is always smiling and willing to help customers.

Nice, clean store, with a friendly and very helpful staff, with a convenient location on my route home from work. The problem is the security personnel. The store closes at 1:00 a.m., and if checkout closes in 7 minutes, then that means that there remains 7 minutes left to shop. There's just no reason for a security guard to give a customer this notice, and then follow them around the store until they're ready to go and check out, particularly after they have already acknowledged the notice given. I know where checkout is, and I know how to tell time. It also gives the impression that it's personal when, as the customer is already making their way to checkout, with the security guard marching right ahead of them, making intermittent head turns, as if to make sure that the customer hasn't fled, and there remains all the while an influx of new customers; but instead of turning his attention now to them, the security guard continues offering the same customer unsolicited (and unwanted) assistance. It is difficult to have a pleasant shopping experience under those conditions, or is that not QFC's goal for its customers?

I get harassed and followed around by two Arabic security guards everytime I come in there. From now on I'm recording everytime I come there like I did this morning. I've came there a lot of times and never stole anything, but I'm black so you know how that is.

This happens quite often in grocery stores where prices advertised do not match the prices rung up. What surprises me is that they act like it doesn’t matter but $5 differences becomes a huge profit for them. I guess it balances out the shoplifting by scamming the shoppers. Make sure you check your receipt because it happens way too often here.

Same deals as Fred Meyers. Don't like that I have to buy 5 to get a deal. Have the card and still take pictures of everything to get a deal. I thought that was what the card was for.

I have dementia that I told the staff. I made an order on Friday night. I called Friday to tell them I couldn’t make it in until Saturday. I called on Saturday to tell them I was on my way in. They were closed because no one was there according to the store manager. I went in on Sunday early morning to find that they had sold my flowers on Friday. These were for my mom’s birthday. I burst into tears, but they didn’t care. I will NEVER use them again. ???
