** FYI: If you need a cart, make sure you are there before & done shopping by 12:30am as they don't allow cart usage after 12:30am. Also, make sure you are at the registers by 1am and have 15 or less items otherwise you won't be able to checkout/buy anything at all.** I found out the hard way the other night. I was just hitting the pay now button when I was told I wasn't able to buy anything at all since it was 1am...I mean seriously?! I had my card out ready to swipe, it would have taken me like 30 more seconds to finish the transaction. I had to leave the store with none of the stuff I had just spent 45 mins getting and they didn't care that I'm disabled, I walk with a cane and have hearing aids in both ears.
This is a smaller QFC so you may not find everything you are looking for here. Some things like detergent & OTC pain meds are locked up and some things like tin foil & water enhancers (like MIO) have to be requested when checking out at register...this is somewhat of an inconvenience, but I get it as I'm guessing there must be quite a bit of theft happening here. The prices seem a little higher than normal. They have a decent selection of bakery items.

Parking garage smells bad every time and price signs are wrong. The cashier could not find the coupon either.

I was incorrectly and unfairly profiled at this QFC by the security guards. They accused me of trying to leave with a basket full of groceries when I was simply looking at the cakes and cookies. They made me feel very uncomfortable by following me. I had to ask to speak to the manager. He was unhelpful and very rude. He kept smirking and giggling, and was very unprofessional. This is the MOST UNPLEASANT Grocery-shopping experience I've ever had.

When I couldn’t find cranberry juice Dominique brought me 3 options straight to the cash register I left a happy customer. Shout out!

I have been shopping at this QFC for over 15 years now one of their supervisors is a very racist angry individual I have seen him be rude and racist to the white employees and customers I was in on the 31st with a friend we had two separate orders he proceeded to dump the first order into the bottom of the rolling cart with no external bag when I said that I was going to put my stuff in that card as well he just put all of my things on top of the other order in the bag with no paper bag no separation of the orders so of course I'm upset because in 15 years of going to that store never once have they not bagged an order let alone combined two separate orders into one thing so of course I'm upset and I went to say something as soon as I said something and I even slightly upset voice he spun you can't talk to me like that you have to lower your voice I said I'm not yelling at you I'm upset I have reason to be upset you need to get out of here you're banned you're banned. And as we get to the door he leans over to me and says you should watch how you speak to people especially since you're white. Needless to say that was obnoxious but highly inappropriate for him to say to a customer and I had every reason in right to be upset. What makes me the angriest is that even if I had talked to his manager nothing would have happened nothing would have been done to reprimand him or try to bring him in line or correct an ugly behavior because that's Seattle folks racism is perfectly acceptable as long as the person doing it is of a race other than white. I am so disappointed in you Seattle

The clerk was very rude to me and the service overall made me sure I'll never go back there.

Not for disabled people after 11pm they don't have an elevator (after 11pm) and the lady wouldn't help me! Also apparently if you buy liquor they won't carry that but you can't have a cart in the store after 1230pm, the lady never sent anyone to help me( with the rest with my groceries, ((even though she claimed she'd send someone to help me)) but she yelled at me across the store prior to this conversation, terrible qfc!! I was going to buy more including milk but since I couldn't have a cart I didn't. This place should go out of business!

Decent supermarket, well stocked and friendly staff. It's basically underground, so look out for the entrance on the corner of Broadway and East Pike (I walked right past it the first time I visited!)

Nearly every time I visit this store the deli must be changing the fryer oil or something. The whole store reeks and my jacket ends up stinking when I get home.

Dogs are unsanitary & don’t belong in grocery stores. Dogs lick & drool & shed & bite. QFC hires security guards, but these poorly trained men who scare me more than make me feel safe don’t care about preventing dogs from entering. QFC policy states that dogs are not allowed (unless professionally trained seeing eye dogs). I don’t want to be attacked by a dog while shopping. I don’t want food that’s been drooled on. I am allergic to dog saliva & fur. The aisles are already cramped & it’s very hard to avoid a dog when you’re stuck in an aisle with carts, stock people & other customers. Ugh. Why is this store so dirty? It’s depressing to shop there. I don’t go unless it’s an emergency (since Whole Foods a few blocks away closed, this is now my closest grocery store). The employees act super depressed about their jobs. It’s the least happy place on earth. And, you might get bitten by dog. Don’t go. Whole Foods delivers.

Too much security cause there is too much unprosecuted crime on capital hill.
