Always a good place to shop, to expensive for large grocery trips. Prefer to buy the bulk of our grocery's at WinCo the savings are fantastic.

The selection of items by category is small. Most items are more expensive than other stores. In store security profiles. This I know first hand because I was approached by two while shopping and told I was to leave the store immediately. I had to ask why. I was accused of shoplifting and told I was seen putting things in my pockets. I immediately turned my pockets inside out, set my personal items aside, and offered to let them pat me down. Seeing that I had no store items on my person and only in my shopping cart they backed down. As I was checking out I asked to speak to a manager. I was first referred to some person who was abrupt, dismissive and rude but not the head MFer in charge. After a 30 minute wait I received an apology. The only reason I've gone back, is it remains open until midnight verses Safeway's 11 pm, for last minute items. Unfortunately that's when there's a rush of shoplifters. And ironically, security's eyes remain on the wrong target. Good luck with that.

My favorite, grocery store in Seattle: always really clean; always very organized and well stocked, whatever the time of day; and all the people who work, there are always very kind, helpful and gracious. Which all adds up to a grocery store that’s as good as it gets, from my perspective.

One year ago, I would advise people to stay away from this store. I was constantly harassed by people outside the store asking for money. They have hired some security guards which has improved to the situation, but I think they still need to keep an eye on the area outside the door, and the parking lots of customers could come into the store, without being harassed .I’ve talked with many of the security guys (many are from Afghanistan) I always thank the security guards for their work on my way out. I bought Starbucks gift cards for two of them the other day; they’re very friendly, lovely people who are doing a difficult job. I’m tired of being harassed for money and I’m tired of watching people blatantly stealing stuff. That jacks the prices up for all of us. Stop stealing, get a job, and work like the rest of us are doing.

Overall, every location I have visited has their issues like every business. Harvard Market deals with the street people and shoplifting resulting in 5-20 security guards on duty. You have to also pay for parking which is a pain because I use to walk there to shop. The manager and crew are great, friendly, and professional. Greg the butcher and Caterina both have smiles and laughter that are contagious. The Rainer location is an older store and free parking. Recently started shopping here and haven’t established favorites yet, however the crew seems to be from the same friendly and professional mold. The best part shopping here are the gas points and discounts I receive (typically $1.00/per gallon off every fill up) which helps especially during the now post pandemic economy.

Too, too small for the number of people that shop here. The parking lot is arranged in several directions. Taking your life in your hands just walking from your car. Updated security measures inside and out is the only improvement. Too many self checkout registers. I already have a job. Hire more checkers. Widen the aisles.

Man don't know what's going on with this store as when checking out, this He she Wee cashier name Miles on receipt who we thought was a 7 foot tall girl until he opened his mouth with voice deep like a truck driver tried flirting with me?Man I mean really? He ain't RuPaul & the general staff seem as if they are miserable. Maybe management is gay or something?

It's difficult to sum up my feelings about this store, but the staff seems quite unhappy across the board- and across departments. They are snappy, irritated, and kind of mean. What could contribute to that uniform of a vibe, and across shifts and disciplines? It feels like a culture, cultivated and sustained over time, the result of a mission. Who is making staff so miserable there? QFC employees, blink twice if you need help.

Decent place to shop. Good selection, good prices. Often long lines to checkout. Best prices if you register your phone number and pay attention to deals. Staff is reasonably friendly. Produce is good quality, bakery is very nice.

This place is the worst! Habitually understaffed. The staff that is working are rude and apparently doesn't know how math works. They physically touch your ID and scan it whenever you buy wine or any other alcoholic beverage. No other QFC does this. I guess they have been "popped" 22 times. Not sure why a basic math test can't be part of their hiring process. With COVID still around I don't want anyone touching my ID. It's a huge pain. There's always long lines, paper bags over at least 2 of the self checkout registers and "card only" on a few of them. Can't they all just work AND take card and cash? Their prices not that great either. If I could give zero stars I would. Go down the street to Safeway.

Out of all the QFC s this is my favorite one. Everyone is really nice that works here. Gives it that neighborhood feel that most stores are missing these days.

There is a massive pothole at the exit of the parking lot. It's right at the edge of the sidewalk so you can't see it. Sorry qfc, I know it's not your fault and the government needs to fix it, just trying to warn people.

I used to go there very often, came back after a few years and it did not feel as nice as it used to by a long shot. Less variety (produce in particular), the general presentation is not as attractive as I remembered it. Having a giant empty store next door does not help in making the place attractive.

This is the QFC closest to where I live and I honestly have never had a bad experience shopping here. Huge kudos to Raymond who works there - he is always so helpful and I can tell he goes above and beyond to assist customers even when the store is understaffed.
