Small, easy to work store. They have quite a good selection of items though

This used to be a decent grocery store...10 years ago. Open 24 hours, great service, clean, a Starbucks. It all started to go downhill around COVID times. Now, they close early, and when I say early, I mean exactly at midnight or whatever time they close. If you're coming up to checkout a minute after, nope. They won't ring you up. Actually, they don't ring up anyone anymore as it's all self checkout. I got to self checkout 1 minute past closing and I was told I can't purchase my groceries. Like, what? That was a first. Awful service, not letting customers buy the stuff already In their arms after shopping. And they're not nice or even pleasant about it either. A few weeks later I tried shopping there again, around 20:00, on my way home after work. But I had to use the restroom and was told no yet again. They don't open the restrooms after 20:00. I looked at my phone and it was 20:04. As if people don't have to pee after 8:00pm. I'm done with this store. Oh, and Starbucks has 1 person working most times, so forget about quick coffee orders. Pass on this store. Drive another mile to U Village or the other way to PCC.

This QFC location is not my favorite. It’s always quite busy, and the aisles feel tight and crowded. The store itself is small and a bit dated. Parking can be difficult, and the surrounding traffic makes it hard to get in and out. Because of that, I usually avoid doing my regular shopping here.

Wes and Nathan for the win! The folks here are always helpful, but they went above and beyond to help me find an uncommon medication that quite frankly I'm amazed QFC even carries. I'd have been running all night trying to find it without their help. Thanks guys!

Waste of time never have been denied alcohol purchase with valid enhanced drivers license whoever the older lady working self checkout right before midnight on Wednesday has a serious attitude problem and should not be in a customer facing role

Sometimes chill sometimes not! I watched two homies steal booze from the locked up liquor… but definitely you should use your QFC advantage card….

Exclusively self checkout after 8pm. Chronically out of items. Prices like metro but quality like Walmart. Staff are nice, which deserves mentioning. But management or owners seems horrible. Hire more staff. Run your checkout isles. Manage your shipments better. This is a management problem.

I wish they would hire more checkers. I like the cheese section, but otherwise it's a pretty expensive grocery store for what feels like no reason.

I don't go enough to give a good star review but the store is always clean, orderly, friendly, and quick. Can always find what I need or want usually.

absolutely horrifying QFC. sooo cramped, getting around carts in the aisles is a nightmare. have had some straight up rude employees (the kid behind the meat counter shook his head and rolled his eyes when i asked for ham? it was like 4pm they were definitely open). and there’s always a crowd at the front entrance, a mix of homeless people, petitioners, buskers, knick knack sellers, missionaries… i drive an extra 10 mins to fred meyer to avoid this place.

This QFC store used to be one of my favorite grocery stores to patronize because the employees were friendly and they remembered the regular customers. They used to have a great natural foods and bulk items section as well a good gluten free selection. But, those features no longer exist. I did find a small section of gluten free breads in the freezer section, but no bagels. The bakery doesn’t have any bulk rolls or bagels to purchase individually. Maybe the local bagel places are filling the need?
The aisles are tall, narrow and tightly packed with items, which creates a maze to navigate and search for items. Almost everything you need is here, except gluten free bagels, so keep looking and ask for assistance.
With few cashiers available, most times I use the self checkout and go on my way.
I know that businesses change over time and the last few years have created a lot of shifts in staffing and product availability, but I still value and appreciate the little interactions with the employees who care for our grocery needs.

Every time I go to this qfc I am met by the rudest most intolerable miserable staff. I will never go back to this qfg.
