Worst experience I’ve ever had here. My friend and I came in today around 11PM to grab some small treats and a soda. When we were leaving, a male worker who looked relatively young and was wearing oddly tight clothing and a beret (?) came at us, two young women, and asked us to “come back with us” with two also male security guards. The security guards then started quickly closing in on us with no explanation! We were afraid and had no idea what was happening and then realized they were likely accusing us of stealing. When we voluntarily gave our receipts that showed everything we had in hand, they continued to berate us and would not apologize or admit they were wrong. To top it all off, as we were leaving, the young male said “F*ck you!” as we exited through the main doors. Horrible workers with no self respect or professionalism at all.

Want to post here as well so people know how unprofessional this establishment is. This is most definitely the worst experience I've ever had here. Staff isn't the friendliest, treat everyone like you're stealing from their grandma's piggy bank. But a decent selection. Most items are in stock.

We stayed at an Airbnb nearby and went to this store for all our groceries and home needs. This place is huge and had everything we needed. Great sales too!

This QFC location is pretty nice in general, but my sushi purchase was toxic! I've bought sushi at the Capitol Hill location, and the quality has always been good. But the sushi I bought at this location was completely rancid despite bringing to right home to the fridge. After blindly eating one rancid piece of a spicy tuna roll and then throwing the rest away... I was suffering from some bad food poisoning the next day. While the sushi chef was very nice, he definitely did not test the product he was selling. I suggest you go to the sushi restaurant upstairs for something edible.

I had to plan a luncheon from out of the area and the deli dept helped me so much. Not only with the ordering but Bill even helped me carry everything out to my Uber. Excellent customer service and. Thank you!

Convenient location, not the best selection or produce quality, sometimes under staffed

My closest QFC, I’ve sometimes felt a tad unsafe in the lot, it’s nice that it’s free but I’ve seem some interesting “events” taking place. There’s also like no soda in the store, they have Diet Coke and sparkling water but no root beer, sprite, etc. self checkout slays tho

This grocery offers a lot of different choices. We were able to get some blackberries for a good price. Top Pot donuts are sold here, which is perfect if you can't get out to their actual location. Stumptown and blue bottle coffee is sold here. I found staff to be very friendly and helpful when I didn't have a membership card to get in on some of their deals.

I feel like this could be a great place, but when I went, it was evening time and had a bad experience. It smelled bad like it hadn't been cleaned, understaffed or personnel was hiding idkI saw people waiting in deli line when I walked in and still waiting there when I left. I'm sure I'll go back some day

I've been going to this QFC since they closed the old one across from the Seattle Center. It was a good store for quite a while, but lately it's been slipping...a lot. Today there was only one checker who was working the "check yourself out" aisle, and only one of the two aisles were open, so the line got pretty long. About half the items on my shopping list weren't in stock. I've mostly abandoned these guys for Metropolitan Market down the street.

Very well stocked and user friendly displays. Fresh produce and wide variety of choices in every category. A pleasure to shop here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

This may become my new favorite grocery store. I used to mostly shop at Safeway stores when I lived in West Seattle but this QFC is open two hours later than the Safeway within walking distance. It’s more expensive but bigger. I have only been once but plenty of open self checkout stations. At this point the being open later is a good selling point for me although this neighborhood is sketchy after dark especially compared with what I am used to.

This is my go to grocery store whenever I’m in Seattle. It’s close to Hampton Inn. It houses all the daily needs with reasonable prices. The perishable products are fresh with good quality. There are self checkout counters which ensures fast billing.

What a horrible experience. I'm used to lots of problems during Covid, but they should have improved things by now. They have not. It took over 10 minutes to get a clerk at a check out lane. Of course, he had no idea what he was doing and there was no one to help bag or the others who were waiting. In the middle of the night this might make sense but not in the middle of the afternoon.
