I pretty much despise any Kroger-owned shopping experience. This one is no different. Clearly others like it but I'm not sure who their target market is... It's expensive for those who have little, offers a few upper scale and/or organic items for those who have more, but really don't really serve any of these (and other) audiences well. Employees never seem very happy. And they don't manage their security very well (standard issue everywhere these days, it seems) -- which is unacceptable.

Not sure what has happened here. I have been loyal to this one for 8 years. And today was the first time I felt like I did something wrong. I had security watching me at the self check out... Why? To make sure I pay for cat food and cat treats?? Seriously???Edit***Came back again Friday 11/24/ at 10:54 pm and the young man with glasses and dark hair with a hat on hoovered me as I paid for my cat treats, soda, buns, and fruit pies. That would be the last visit.

Poor customer service in most of the time, especially the guide at the checkout line, except for Post office lady.Whatever smallest help you asked for, they will immediately show an attitude of they own you, not very sure where that ignorance and arrogance is from.Understand it’s far below the line set by metropolitan and Amazon fresh, at least try to help customers like Fred Meyer.

This QFC used to have a full service post office and it is still on their building that they have a post office inside. However, the post office was taken out with the latest renovation, and now the customer service desk is the “post office.” I went to buy stamps and there was a sign that said “at lunch.” I’m guessing they are short staffed because there was no one to assist at the customer service center when I asked another employee about helping out with this.

I tried to give this store zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. I only come here maybe 2-3 times a month. Today was the second time that store security has harassed me and falsely accused me of stealing a drink or something small.Well I’m a 13 year Army veteran who is now disabled from having my c5 and c4 vertebrae replaced along with about 15 other medical issues. It causes me to hunch forward a bit. I have absolutely reason to steal anything from this store or any other store for that matter. My parents raised me with integrity and moral values, and the army continued that tradition. My mother n law lives close to this store and shops here regularly. Because of this she knows several of the employees pretty good. I had her ask a few of them to see if they could get an honest answer on why the store Manager- yes I said store manager decided to kick me out of the store permanently!!!Well on this particular day there happened to be a homeless black man with some mental issues sitting right next to an entrance.

Friendliest self-checkout attendant ever-Mike. It's not often I've gotten on first name basis with someone at the grocery store but Mike is just the coolest. My daughter loves him so much that she insists on bringing him lollipops and inquires with the rest of the staff when she doesn't see him for a few days. We moved further away now but we'll keep going back there for Mike.

The place I shop for groceries most often. ?The staff is friendly and fun. The produce is lovely. There are sale items and closeouts throughout the store if you're on a tight budget.I will say, I don't buy a lot of "things"(inedible items) here because it's quite pricey in this area compared to say Fred Meyer. But the edible items are fair if you shop the sales and use coupons. Very happy shopping here...and thankful.?? ? ??

This is a tough review to write because I've been going here for over 10 years. The people are great, friendly and helpful, but you can feel their frustration with Kroger and I feel it too. Kroger has taken it to the next level with their beyond frustrating "Digital Coupon" app and now deceptively misleading signage showing the "actual price" in very fine print. It really feels like they are intentionally trying to push customers and employees out of their stores. If you shop here please be sure to double check your receipts.

Selection has gone down since my last review. Employees are still great. To my dismay, they have walled off the entrances facing Crown Hill. There are now electric car charging stations in the parking lot. The postal service counter has moved up where the registers are. Security is evident which is a sad thing, though indicative of the times. Even with security, there is a significant amount of theft.

BAKERY--- You open at 0500. What's the excuse for not having any donuts out in the display case?? If you had any made WHY would you keep the behind the counter & not in the display case???

A good (and large) general grocery store with all the usual stuff (a pharmacy, a florist, a deli, and I think a butcher), and including an in-house cheese store and a "Panda Express." And right next door to a "Starbucks." For me, it's got what I need for a one stop shopping experience. That said, after the latest remodel, my impression is that the shelves are so tall and the aisles feel so narrow that everything seems in shadow and little claustrophobic. Subjective viewpoint.
