More like a low-Quality Food Center with no quality service from the high school kids they hired for school credits. I’ve never seen a cashier there after 6 PM and seems like everyone who works there is tired and worn out. Also the manager needs more training to be running the store. I’ve been to corner stores with better service and people.

For the love of Cheese! My favorite place in West Seattle to indulge my cheese habit. Delightful deliciously decadent diverse selection of Cheeses. Fantastic helpful and knowledgeable cheese mongers to help you find everything you want. More importantly they can help you find things you didn’t even know you needed!

The old lady at the front was extremely rude, the place sells spoiled alcohol, and they dont honor any of their Guarantees. Just go to Safeway.

I like this QFC. It's a well-stocked store and generally has good produce available. It has a Starbucks at the entrance, so you can stop in for a coffee. It has a better selection of items than the neighboring Safeway, so you're not limited to store-brand labels as often. I like the ready-to-go nature of the deli items. They have made some improvements to the app digital coupons, but these can still be a pain to use. Scanning the store shelf display coupons never works for me. The cashiers are usually helpful in resolving these problems, but Kroger has to step up here and fix this. Using coupons should be easy. It's ridiculous to require a one-by-one selection of each item to get coupon credit. Reduce the barriers to your customers' shopping experience!

It is currently 5:05 a.m. and I am at QFC and Westwood village store hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and I am on my way to work I take public transportation so therefore I am on bus time there are workers in the store and still yet no one has opened this door here it is 506 a.m. and my bus is going to leave the one I have to ride to work so it's be late to work for coffee I should have been able to grab and been back to the bus stop on time or wait for my these doors open which still they haven't and now it's 5:06 a.m. and doors are still not open it is now 508 a.m. and QFC doors are still not open maybe it's Monday I don't know but I am very upset about this and I will continue to write reviews about QFC and Westwood village until they open at 5:00 a.m.

Saw the staff yell at an old lady because she was using EBT and English was a second language. I asked an employee for the manager on duty and staff proceeded to denigrate me (after I paid for groceries of course). Turns out no manager on duty. Not sure how QFC sees this as acceptable; hopefully their counterparts at Kroger have a different take

I generally enjoy this store, but am getting frustrated. I’ve told employees on two separate occasions (about 3 weeks apart, most recently a week ago) that all their Beecher’s Street Corn expired in March and May of this year.
It’s STILL on the shelf.

Great place to shop if you like to be monitored by AI that always assumes you’re a thief! Seems like every time I shop here nowadays that I apparently didn’t scan all my items and need a customer rep to roll their eyes at how useless the machines are before bypassing the system anyway. Total waste of time, every time.
Only giving two stars because the pharmacy folks are actually pretty helpful and nice.
