Clowns. Bought my loan from another company. I paid it off and then they kept my account active because I owed them a penny. They’ve now charged my $239 in late fees but literally wont take payment.

Absolutely useless bunch of people. They are the absolute lowest quality and would never suggest anyone to use them.
