Winston and I have been attending here for a year now and couldn't be happier. The care they offer is top notch, and they truly have your pet's best interests at heart!

I have been quite impressed with their reception and customer service staff. They are always helpful and timely with their communications either via text, email, or in person. One of the most well managed staff from a vet office I've encountered! In addition, all the staff I've met have been friendly and courteous which really makes a difference.Dr. Salt was also very patient and thoughtful with our first exam together. Happy that we are clients of this practice. Will be returning for my dog, Kitty's needs.

Having moved a lot, we’ve seen many different vets over the years. QAAC is by far the best. The office manager at QAAC is SO good at her job and just a lovely person overall. We have two dogs - a puppy and a senior - so we spend more time than most and have multiple prescriptions, tests, emails back and forth for questions and scheduling, etc. having someone like Gabby to work with makes it all so much easier and efficient. It makes a huge difference working with this practice. Dr Salt and Dr Balas are great vets! And the vet techs are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and warm, even with my less-than-friendly senior dog. Only good things to say here!

I’d stay away - outrageous prices and complete lack of transparency about them. You never know what the bill will be and they never ask permission before doing things.Further, never get medications here - they mark that up VERY significantly.

We love love love QAAC, it's everything we could ask for in a clinic. If QAAC ever starts accepting human patients we'll be first in line, our cats are very lucky

We miss Dr Broadhurst but we're glad to have the friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and wise Dr Salt taking care of our doodles. The front desk and vet assistant staff are always great, as well. And Aurora and Capella requested that I mention the fact that the assortment of treats is commendable.

Part of the SVA group, which allows them access to two high quality animal hospitala for when a clinic doesnt have the resourceson hand to meet the occasion. We've been going here for about 30 years now and have been impressed with all the vets. Fear Free handling methods.

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and the care here is top notch. All veteranny medicine is a bit of a guessing game and not everyone gets it right, but these guys do better than anyone else I've taken any of my pets to (4 now).

We were charged incorrectly. When we called them they said it was correct. We have spent a lot of money and have got no results. Please avoid this place.

I'm very happy with this place. My two dogs have had a lot of health problems, from skin infections to psychiatric issues. The vets and techs have given us lots of options for medications and done treatments in clinic to help me out even though I need to do a lot of medications at home.I'm especially happy with the psychiatric consult I just had with Dr Broadhurst, we talked about all the options and I went home with a combination of drugs to help my dog with her regular panic attacks and generalized anxiety and it has really helped.I'm also really happy how they worked with me for my new rescue who is heartworm positive, they were willing to follow the heartworm treatment plan created by the rescue from the South where they have a lot more heartworm experience. The dog had a lot of other infections (skin, gut, ears) and they got all those cleared up quickly with different medications.

We just moved to Queen Anne and are so glad we found Queen Anne Animal Clinic. They are taking such amazing care of our senior dog. She has a pretty severe condition and they have been nothing short of awesome with her. I definitely recommend this place!

I appreciate our first visit at the clinic. This was also my puppy’s first visit. Dr. Salt made sure my puppy had a good first experience. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoroughly answered all my questions. Sam was amazing. He also made me and the puppy feel so welcome. Front desk staff were so kind too. I trust this clinic and the care everyone will bring for my puppy. Thank you so much.

This a overall review for our last three visits (annual, follow up 1 & broken nail visit). We had our annual with Dr Balas who was great with her (vet tech was awesome too but can’t remember his name sorry!). He noticed that she still had a staple from her spay surgery and recommended we should remove it (which none of the other vets have noticed before!). Decided on her next steps but she was too anxious to do it all (plus the nail trim she was scheduled for) so we decided to come back another time with some anxiety meds onboard. They were able to work us in the next day (and vet tech was again amazing with her) but she was still too anxious to do her nails after going through the staple removal and vaccines. Decided for one more follow up but before that, she ended up breaking a nail. Again they were able to work in a doctor visit with Dr. Salt and she was also amazing with Pepper. We were able to discuss what to do (fortunately looked like it was on the way to heal on its own so no sedation necessary to remove it) and she answered all my questions very thoroughly! 3rd time was the charm! The vet techs were literally the best! They ended up taking at least 40 minutes but as they are a fear free clinic, they worked with my dog to make her as comfortable as possible while trimming her nails and excess fur on her paws. I really appreciate their time, effort and care for Pepper. Even the vet tech from our second visit recognized me and asked after Pepper. I love their attention to detail and wonderful service to both the animals and their owners because it can be a stressful time. Shoutout to the receptionists for being great to work with as well (one of them even came around to pet Pepper and give her treats while I paid and discussed the follow up appt). Absolutely wonderful to work with and super glad I bring Pepper here! 10/10 would recommend! We have one more follow up and I’ll definitely get everyones names so I can update my review with the correct recognition given because they absolutely deserve it. Thank you!Update: 2 of the vet techs were Rachel W. and Spencer!
