I recently visited this Quest Diagnostics location next to the pharmacy section in Safeway, and I had an excellent experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:10 AM, and I was attended to right after completing the check-in process, which was very efficient.
Maya, provided exceptional care. She explained every step of the blood draw process, which made me feel completely secure. She was very attentive in her communication and took extra care to ensure that I was comfortable in case I experienced any fainting symptoms. She was very kind.
I highly recommend checking the posted opening hours and timing on the notice outside the Quest entrance at this location before visiting.

Horrible experience of utter incompetence. Had doctor submit labor order and said they couldn’t find it. So, I couldn’t get labs done. Called doctor who sent me confirmation it was received. Corporate quest admitted it was on file. So, I ended up losing wages and corporate says they don’t care they don’t reimburse for their incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had to get last minute blood drawn and went right after their lunch break with no appointment .They were very nice, fast and helpful. Got my lab results the next day

I came as a walkin and was seen right away no one waiting. Tech went in areas I've never had blood drawn before then asked me if I was hydrated (I drink 80-100 oz where per day and in the am). Was told to try Madison as they have more techs there. Last time the tech was super fast got it the first try. This was my only time this week to get this done and not happy they couldn't do it. I was advised this location has temporary help as the main position doesn't have an employee yet so it is hit and miss depending on the tech and their years of experience.

Went to get some blood work for my son that was ordered by his physician. They never sent the results. I went to the location to see why they hadn't sent the results (inside a Safeway) and the Safeway employee said that no one ever showed up to work at Quest that day. I tried calling, but they only have a useless automated call center, which directs us to their site where we cannot get the results either. With no humans to help troubleshoot, we have to go elsewhere and repeat the labs. I'll never use Quest Diagnostics again.

Scheduled an appointment for 0815 at this location, no one has showed up to open the facility no construction and or renovation just closed with no notification that it wouldn't be open

Arrived with an appointment at 8:40. The office was locked, no employees showed up to work.
Over an hour after my appointment time, I got an email saying the location was closed for the day.

Horrible location
Not open when scheduled, notified me of appointment cancellation 24 minutes before appointment time, via email.
Avoid scheduling an appointment here at all costs.

I was concerned before going in seeing all these negative reviews, but I was so pleased with Mayela’s help. She’s very professional and kind. I made an appointment on the same day. There was no wait for my test, and I got in and out within 15 minutes.

Had a morning appointment, the office was closed. Several other people were waiting. Unprofessional. It's a medical lab, not a hot dog stand.

Called to make an appointment and received an email confirming my appointment. Had to drive to the ferry take the ferry and get a bus ride to the location. When I tried to check in at the kiosk, my appointment did not show. It was suggested I put myself on the waitlist so I did that just in case. There is no one manning the waiting area. This lab is located next to the pharmacy in the Safeway grocery store which I thought was a little odd. It has nothing to do with the Safeway company, however
I stationed myself outside the lab door and when it opened and a patient came out I used the opportunity to ask the technicians about my appointment. I showed them the proof of the appointment and they said there was nothing they could do about it and to stay on the waitlist. They said they were really behind just be patient yada yada yada there were several people on a waitlist in front of me along with people who had previously made appointment so I would somehow get in between some of these ….not sure. I decided it wasn’t worth my time if this is how they treat people. I left and explored the surrounding area and tried to enjoy my day since I took the effort to get there in the first place.

This location is nside the Safeway by the pharmacy. Phlebotomist tech was exceptional, friendly, pain free and professional. The bad reviews were complaining about the tech, which seems like the luck of the draw at this location. It was clean and well organized. Suzanne is a traveling nurse and knew her job. Well done you!
