Could not return an online order in store.
I came in for an in store pick up on a mouse after ordering on the Razer website and decided I wanted a different model after trying them. I was told that I could not return or exchange the mouse in store. So now I am sent home with the mouse I don’t want to return at a later date.
Please fix your systems - this is something the staff should be able to handle.

What a cool store! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for new gaming or computer accessories. Willow and Austin are both phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to help educate me on the products. Will be back!

It’s a great place to get a better look at Razer products and decide if they’re worth the purchase! They also have a great setup where they sometimes run gaming tournaments, and the staff is always accommodating and very helpful.

The Razer store is honestly a gamers dream store. Been a fan of Razer gear for a while and the whole staff was super nice and patient with my questions. Will definitely be back again when I’m in the area.

I've been using a shitty knockoff of a Razer mouse - a 'Mazer' - for the past 15 years, which has finally started to exceed the longevity I've added through scotch tape and dreams. So to alleviate this problem, I went down to the Razer store on a free afternoon, and was greeted by a significant amount of options to choose from - a wide variety of styles, form factors, and purposes. Willow, one of the employees there, went above and beyond in helping me sift through the options in my indecision, and I came to a conclusion that I was ultimately satisfied with. Throughout, Willow was approachable, patient, informative, and very thoughtful - allowing me to ask plenty of questions and try out the multiple options I was considering, all the while managing time to assist other customers. My experience with this store was excellent, and you should frankly give Willow a raise.
