Maynard was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and took his time when working with me. This is a big decision, and he understands the anxiousness that comes with making such a big purchase. He understood my requirements and limits and helped put in an offer that was strategic and competitive. He helped me get into my new home in record time (4 weeks from mutual acceptance to closing and moving in!!). He understands that clients are putting a lot of trust into him and his team, and he takes that very seriously. He will not make you feel pushed into doing something you don't want to do, but also provides a balanced point of view when it comes to market conditions, future landscapes, interest rates, etc.... I really appreciated the sounding board, his vast set of resources (inspection, handyman, etc) and his responsiveness is unparalleled. In addition, I needed to find a new renter for my former condo, and he did all the work. Helped me take pictures and market the unit on Zillow. That was a huge help and helped ease my stress. I highly recommend Maynard. This is my second time working with Maynard and I would/will absolutely use him again

We decide to work with Maynard to selling our home, because we had 2 very smooth experience when we bought and sold our last home. Maynard always answer your questions quickly and precisely. My wife and I bought our first home in Seattle and we had a great experience with Maynard and his team. He was very professional and gave us great recommendations and advice throughout the whole process. Our first time buying couldn't have gone any smoother and we are so thankful we found Maynard.
