“This was my second time working with Phillip and first time working with Heidi, this time for selling my condo in Capitol Hill. Heidi ended up being the main point of contact for most of the process and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the start, they were very clear and honest about expectations around selling a condo at this current time in the market. They were up front with the fact that it could take multiple weeks to sell, even in such a popular neighborhood, since condos were much slower to move than single family homes. This lined up with the research I had done prior to contacting them and I greatly appreciate the straightforwardness and not trying to over promise anything.

Once we started working together, we agreed on a timeline to get the place ready and they came with great recommendations on staging setup and contractors to work with. One other thing I noticed is the cleaning crew and contractors that helped get the place ready for showing were the same ones from when I worked with Phillip in 2019 for a different sale. They did an amazing job and to me it speaks highly of the relationships they are able to cultivate.
