I went here last weekend to support a friend in a new job . We were greeted warmly and seated quickly by Seth . Our service was quick and tasty . We did get up from a smoke break and were going to come back. We were told we could keep the table as long as we wanted and our left over would be safe there till we got back. We came back about 7 minutes later and the table had been bussed . We appreciate them keeping it clean however we both had half our orders left . We told our waiter and he said that busser must not have got the memo . The waiter Marcus was very kind and had our orders completely re-made for us ! We were so thankful for the correction of the misunderstanding !Parking: There is parking right out front . However this restaurant can get busy so when there isn't parking I front you can park in the big side lot for the mall or iceplex

We walked in and it was sort of busy, so we gave them our number and stepped out for about 20 minutes. When we came back in, the place was fairly quiet at 8:40. We hadn't been texted yet. We were then seated at the bar. I went to wash my hands and there was a guy doing illicit drugs at the sink. It took the staff a good 5 minutes to do anything about it; long after the guy left. Still we ordered. We seemed to have been overlooked a few times after ordering. The food was good, but the service, well... Speed was definitely not a priority. Nor was following up on orders. Having worked in food service for years, I couldn't fathom how it was even possible for any of this to happen with half the tops open when we were seated and it being well past the rush. I blame the manager and whoever is the trainer there. There is literally no leadership role present in the front of house. You guys are truly in a staff up or shut down situation right now and I don't see us returning anytime soon.Kid-friendliness: Check the bathroom for someone abusing hard drugs before you let your child use the facilities. The staff is unlikely to care enough to address the situation properly.

Great service from Marcus. Even though they were very busy we were well taken care of while we were there and the staff were very friendly.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options especially with burgers featuring the Impossible patties and I think there was a mushroom burger option as well.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options as well as the sides they offer cater to more low carb diets with things like garlic broccoli (real good!)Wheelchair accessibility: This business is Ada compliant and has options in both the bar area and general dining for wheelchair access and table placement.

Dined in with some family from out of town. Waited 30 minutes for a table. Got called up by the hostess for a table that we could only seat four. Apparently she didn't hear or see all six of us. Got seated about five minutes later. Server (Marcus) was nice but distracted. We ordered drinks and appetizers and then were prompted to order the mains at the same time. Felt factory-like. My moms drink took 10 minutes to get, despite her asking twice after everyone else got their drinks. We all order burgers but he only asked some of the group how they wanted the meat cooked. Food is just okay. I had the $10 Tuesday cheeseburger special and wished I ordered a premium one. The meat had a weird texture, like it was mixed with filler. I couldn't taste any blue cheese even though I ordered it that way. Red Robin wasn't my first choice and will move further down my list of places I'll go or recommend based on this visit. Service was mediocre at best and food wasn't great. My wife was embarrassed by her recommendation for our guests. Oh, and parking is AWFUL with no spaces available despite the restaurant not being overly busy. They really need to do something about the ice complex people parking in their area!

Take out service guy working on 03/20/2023 around 4:40pm bluntly refused to give me some buffalo sauce for my meal. I wasn't asking for much. I was literally the only person in line but he wouldn't take 2 minutes to be of service other than what was within his reach.
