I picked up a fake Prada over the summer. They immediately took back the item and refunded me, however since this experience I have realized they are taking in superfakes being sent by people. By their own omission, they are not taking the time to authenticate the inventory theyre receiving. Many of their items are came in last night and is on their live sale in the morning. Please be aware of your purchases when the prices tags are often $5k and up

You feel like you’re walking into a highly curated designer boutique without the designer prices. Their team is welcoming, their knowledge of the items they carry along with fit - is beyond helpful. And their Livestreams are fun, with a great community. It’s like shopping with a bunch of friends. If you haven’t experienced The Refind’s Live - you need to!

An incredible experience - from three different perspectives; shopping during their Lives, shopping in person in Madison Park, and consigning. First, there is nothing like joining an amazing group of women multiple times per week to watch a Live, get to see the items modeled, and hear about fit, texture, and the designer. It's like shopping with friends, just virtually. Going into the Madison Park boutique, is equally fun. They are as lively in person, as they are on Instagram! Consigning is easy and seamless, and I was amazed at how quickly items sold, and how quickly they pay. I converted from getting a direct deposit to a store credit - made sense for me.

I absolutely love this place due to its beautiful selection of current designer clothing catering to every age and style. Browsing through the collection of rare handbags is truly a delightful experience. The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful, which makes me love coming here even more.

I stumbled across The Refind about 6 months ago and have become a regular follower ever since. The entire team are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they are very welcoming even if you are just a regular person who likes nice things and not some fashionista. Don't be intimidated to visit or check out their IG lives. They have excellent quality items and offer really good value for money. It is not just a store - it is more like a community!

I went into the store once during the pandemic and I was floored at how beautiful this store is kept! The owner Jeannine was also very spunky, fun, and kind. Fast forward to now, I've reached out about consigning my very well kept handbags. It's very strange because literally the ONLY question that they will not answer is when I ask what percentage they take if my items sell. I've asked this question twice - first with another question (they answered the other question) and then second by itself (they did not answer). Typically this isn't a big deal to me, but with a consigning business, this does raise a red flag. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency as it does seem like they are trying to hide something. I might be completely wrong and perhaps this is a misunderstanding. But, my review has nothing else to work off of.

A friend who moved to Seattle recently has been raving about this store so I finally visited on my trip to Seattle! 5/5 shopping experience. The staff members are all trendy but most importantly well educated, fun, and friendly. I ended up finding the perfect Celine cross body and they were accommodating of my need to ship my new purse home. Thank you all for the wonderful shopping experience!

Put something on consignment here and I was very, very pleased with how kind, helpful, and professional all the ladies in the store were. I traveled out of my comfort zone to check this place out and I'm really glad I did. I can't wait to return very soon to do some shopping!Ya can't blame them for locking the doors, with how things have been with higher-end stores having run and grab since they have items that belong to others. I find it perfectly fine. The Locked door wasn't a big deal as they have a doorbell, It felt a little awkward at first but then the ladies were so kind and welcoming that feeling passed. I'm very happy that I decided to make the trip.

Visited for the first time last weekend. They keep the door locked (isn’t this a fire hazard?) so you have to knock to get let in and then have to be escorted to leave. Seems a little bit dramatic for used clothing, and I feel if shoplifting has been that big of an issue, it would be much more appropriate to hire a security guard instead of locking people inside. Staff weren’t very warm or friendly and the prices are still definitely on the high end. Don’t think i’ll be returning unfortunately.

Worth a weekly visit! A friend recommended last week so I popped in today. Scored a really cute leather, boucle jacket in excellent condition. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, even providing me with some additional places to visit on my shopping trip with my kiddo.Also I did appreciate the store matches the luxury brands it carries... it doesn't feel like a consignment store where you have to dig or not really know the quality. I'll definitely be back - especially looking for XS, 00 pieces.

This is a lovely shop! If you are trying to sell items this is a smooth and easy experience. But be prepared for the large consignment fee! The best part of selling through them is you will avoid the entire selling process. And the have fun ways of giving your item exposure. But, at a big commission cost (see picture). I would never recommend someone sell through them due to this. The staff is nice, the business is owned by women. Not very diverse with staff, but at least they don't follow you around as you shop. They also do a weekly IG live shop, that is amazing, and really smart. If you want shop for discounted luxury items I highly recommend! Not sure if they authenticate anything so do your due diligence but really fun and enjoyable shopping.

New favorite store!! Everyone is extremely welcoming and lovely and you find the best gems here. I love their Instagram live sales, it’s unique! They had brand new wedding dresses for a hot second for killer prices and I bought one then came back 3 days later because I loved this place. Shoutout to Hailey and Susie for the hospitality.

Lovely luxury consignment store. The staff is great and helpful. Susie, the owner, even gave me her cell if I had any questions / wanted to reserve the bag I was eyeing so I can come back for it the next day (which…I came back for and got the bag). The parking lot is pretty small since it’s shared with other businesses, would recommend street parking so it’s easier to get in and out. They go on Instagram live a few times a week so you can see all the new arrivals. The owners genuinely care for their customers and also looks like they have a solid customer base. Hopefully a small vintage black Chanel diana or a nano black Celine belt bag makes it to their shop so I can purchase ???
