i remember a few years ago they forgot to flip the switch to make the movie 3D and offered a complete refund!! awesome customer service!

Best regal theatre in the area by a long shot, they have good popcorn, amazing seats, and always show movies me and my friends wanna see. Only complaints I hear is that its to tall (has escalators) and that they check age even if your obv over (thats washington state law). Its def one of the best theatres in the area.
