Similar to previous reviewer. I bought several tube door latches not even a full year ago and one of the handles has had 2 manufacturing defects of various components. They fixed the first issue which was a metal piece connecting the handles which was broken in half. But then they denied to fix another issue with the door handle spring. They told me they "DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY" on their parts, they only have the 60 day return window and can make rare exceptions beyond that to about the 6 month mark. So now I'm stuck with a $215 door handle that does not even latch closed because the handle wont spring back up into position. Time to attempt some DIY. But for the cost and the posturing of the brand, the association with Pottery Barn, etc, you expect at least a durable working product or some basic warranty for hardware defects. Not just a "sucks to be you". Knowing they dont even back their products, I would be cautious about anything Rejuvenation branded.

I've been surprised how much plastic has worked its way into bathroom hardware, even from higher-end brands. I'm glad Rejuvenation is around to still sell quality, solid brass plumbing fixtures. Just hold one of their pieces in your hand and other major brand in the other. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Caitlin, for helping us make some great decisions.

I have purchased 10 k worth of lighting from Rejuvenation for my primary suite remodel. I wanted to make sure that my fixtures all matched so I purchased all Aged Brass. When I received the picture light it is actually a Hudson Valley fixture and it is much brighter than Rejuvenation’s. I will not be installing it because I do not like bright brass. I am told it is not returnable even though it is misrepresented online. Complete waste of almost 600 bucks.

They have very nice quality stuff, but it is expensive. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We bought some door hardware from rejuvenation back in 2008 and every single tube latch in every single door is now complete broken in to pieces. We had a series of PUTMAN CLASSIC KNOB INTERIOR DOOR SET with various lock and passage types. I would highly recommend not buying any hardware from this company as they don't sell any replacement parts and want you to fully by new hardware sets which doesn't make any sense. I would like to also add, we weren't looking for a warranty claim or anything as it has been years but we at least wanted to buy new tube latches. Essentially all of our hardware on every door needs to be replaces since you can't open any door without the tube latch. This company clearly doesn't believe in sustainability or the right to repair any of its products.

So sad. Not a wide variety on display here. I’ve used Rejuv on two whole house remodels, and it looks fantastic. It’s durable and stylish and just fantastic. Need to see it before I buy it though…sense of scale, etc. Please add more to the showroom.

Very disappointed with the experience of online ordering. Back in February I ordered at a discount knobs for my kitchen cabinets. They were supposed to arrive on March 6th. They didn't. They moved arrival date to March 26th. Now it's April 6th, new delivery date April 13-17.I finally decided to reach out to customer service only to learn that they didn't even had this product on the stock anymore. I had to ask for a refund, it wasn't just automatically offered.Very disappointed and I would not be ordering from this store ever again.

This is a great store, especially if you own an old or traditional style house. They have a large selection (in stock and to-order) of solid hardware. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I once purchased a fixture here and then had the clumsiness and bad luck to drop and break it while walking to my car. One of the employees was outside and saw me and told me to come back in and they gave me a replacement, unprompted.

Furniture, employees are fantastic. However the billing is not. Ordered lights, mirrors and a bathroom vanity. Most expensive item being $8k. The problem is they have many warehouses and each time something is shipped ie a $20 lightbulb from a different warehouse , it posts $8k on my credit card. I have a high balance and it was exceeded due to multiple $8k changes. Got so bad that our $50k credit limit was nearly exceeded. And we had to pay $10k on our cc because it would have declined!!Ordered the items 10/8/2022 today is 10/14/2022 and my credit score dropped 127 points since 10/8/2022! I’ve had excellent credit for decades.I haven’t even received the vanity it is backordered until November. In the meantime, Rejuvenation is going to post $8k every week until the backordered item is shipped. No option to just pay the full amount???I’m a first and last time customer and will recover my credit score. But I feel for anyone that has or will have this happen to them. It’s just not right.

Apparently I should've read the comments before... Experiencing the same thing now. Very disappointed-- purchased an expensive bathroom vanity my wife fell in love with, they sent us one that was completely broken so we sent back. Noticed same vanity went on sale on their site a bit later so we tried again. They took our money and sent us the vanity missing important parts that are no longer made. Issued a return, and they have been sitting on this for months now without any return of funds nor pickup of product. Beautiful stuff in the showroom, but will never engage here again for any of my projects.

I bought Harlan C side table that slides under couch. The base has 4 open small exposed screws without any glide caps which of course scratches wood floors. Customer service said to google it to find something to cover the caps. (nearly a $400 overpriced tiny slide table). Used to be a great store before being bought out by Williams & Sonoma.

Once loved this store before it was purchased by Williams-Sonoma. Recently bought a set of bar stool chairs. Returned them since they were uncomfortable. It has now been FIVE weeks and the company has yet to refund our money. Very poor coordination between the retail store and the online world. Also experienced drama with buying some simple wall hooks. They've gone downhill.

Joining the chorus of dismay re. customer service. Split a large order in two, charged to separate cards to avoid exceeding credit card limits. For the larger order, Revuvenation placed the expected $25K pre-authorization, then, one day later, a second one for $18K, thus blowing through the credit card limit and causing other, recurring, charges to be declined. Can't dispute either charge with AmEx since they are pre-authorizations. When I called Rejuvenation, the first rep claimed not to be able to see the order at all, though it was clearly there in my account on their site. With no sense of urgency, a manager called me back the next day and literally said there was nothing he or anyone else at Rejuvenation could do to reverse the bogus charge and I should just wait a week to see if it fell off or dispute it if it didn't. The products are nice but customer service is a total failure.

Products are often great, but the reviews about customer service are true. I literally had to contact multiple people to get a refund when a product wasn't delivered. There was no mail or other message telling me it wasn't coming. When I noticed the missing material, I called, and they told me my order had been "canceled, and that I could call support to order it again if I wanted. I did call, and it turned out that the item was out of stock, so they just didn't send it. That's $830 worth of kitchen hardware. They said the replacement would be available in five months. I wrote asking for a refund, and nobody responded, so I called again. I obviously asked this third support person for a refund, and in order to get that, they said I had to box the one piece (out of 24) that I did receive, take it to UPS, and mail it back. They didn't provide a mechanism to return it, and there's no compensation for them not delivering $830 worth of goods. I'm shocked that a major company can do this, and I wish there was a way for more people to see this behavior. Just amazingly bad.
