Beware of the false friendliness of this crew. They stole several
items from me, including $20 worth of quarters, kitchenware, etc.
Stolen items add up to around $45. Found an orange peel in one
of the packing boxes, a coke can in another. They are sloppy and slippery. Don't use them.

Hired Reliable Moving to do a small move for us from our storage unit to our store. There was a scheduling hiccup but they were able to get us in last minute and it went smooth. I highly recommend them.

Ben and his team are truly amazing. I have worked with them many times over the past six years and I recommend them to all of my customers. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and the genuine care that these guys show. Do yourself a favor and skip reliable movers, I found them neither reliable, nor great movers. Signed for four movers, only three arrived. They gave me the incredible “discount” of 20$ less an hour for only providing three instead of four people. What should have been a day-long move dragged into a second day. The second day was even worse, when one mover never moved more than one small box at a time, smoked frequently, and left cigarette butts in my driveway!!

RELIABLE MOVING is a perfect name for this company. They completely satisfied our high expectations and then some. Our move was a 3 day move which took longer than expected, but in the end was worth every penny to us. They packed, loaded and delivered without any issues and nothing was damaged! The crew knew exactly what they were doing, and made us feel comfortable from day until they finished moving every last thing into our home. They were patient, kind and super polite with my family throughout our move. Great all around service from this company. Highly recommend!!!!

Very poor experience with Reliable Movers.
1) They didn't send anyone out when giving a quote. As a result, they were way off.
Our $2k 1 day move turned into a $4k 2 day move.
They sent 3 people to do the move and 2 medium trucks.
2) Very poor care taken when moving furniture.
Not properly protected in furniture covers, and when they dropped something and scratched all up didn't tell us.
We have several damaged pieces of hardwood furniture and broken drawer handle as a result.
When reassembling large furniture they started drilling new holes!!! When we stopped them and said we'd doing, just stood around watching. We told them to go help the other as we're paying by the hour here, and after a few minutes came back and continues to watch.
3) Poor preparation
In particular, one of the people doing the move kept complaining that they had low blood sugar and they were being really slow because they "just had a few pieces of fruit" all day to eat.
All in all a very negative experience. I won't be recommending them to anyone

I hired Reliable Moving and I am so glad I did! The process was smooth from beginning to end. The moving crew arrived with a great attitude and were very kind. I moved from a third floor apartment building and they were so careful, efficient and did a great job of handling all of my things! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them on my next move.

I used Reliable Moving for my move that was short notice and they were able to get me all situated. I moved from a 2B/2B apartment to a single family home and ended up with a team of 3 and they were all great! They were fast, careful and efficient and got the job done. Could not have done this move without them! I highly recommend Reliable Moving for all of your moving needs.
