Never thought I’d say this, but I am looking forward to new car’s warranty expiring so I can take it here, a shop I can trust and wonderful people who will treat me right. Yall kept my last car running super well. Thank you for the wonderful care and treatment, and I hope to bring my new car in soon! I trust yall and the work u do far more then anyone else!

Fantastic organization. I attended my first event here, and the community welcomed me, fed me, got to know me.

I came across Repair Revolution after searching around the area for a while. I know very little about cars and when I brought in my vehicle to better understand what my car was trying to tell me, they were extremely helpful and kind.
I love that they also have classes to educate folks about car maintenance! I can't wait to attend the classes.

Good day, I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother as I took her Chrysler 300c down to RR a few weeks ago; excuse the late comment. We have literally been looking for a new home to take our vehicles and have been pointing the way to friends and family as well. Nothing but satisfied as her vehicle needed 8 coils and 16 plugs replaced. We were at another mechanic for years not to far from RR, but unfortunately the new parts manager found everything wrong with her car and then expected her to pay for all the work; obviously that was the last time we went there for service. Nothing of the kind with RR; capital customer service, very kind and attentive...explained what needs to be done to her vehicle and explained what needs to be looked at first. I had similar issues with a couple of other vehicles, so I assumed it was a similar situation as that garage we were at previously mentioned they replaced the exact same issues; obviously not. Highly recommend Repair Revolution; it's so hard to find trustworthy mechanics...especially with all the regressive humans running around nowadays. We're definitely satisfied and both of us feel that this could be fresh start at a new home. If your looking for a new home for your automotive repairs; come here first...won't be disappointed.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Repair Revolution. They inspected my car, gave me the opportunity to review their findings and recommendations. There was no pressure to get things done. I chose what fit for me in my circumstances and they took care of the rest. My car was ready fast, and the job was very well done. They really care about your car and treating you right. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Best repair shop! I went in for an oil change and they took care to inform me about my car in ways the dealership would never. And afterwards they were willing to help me when I had questions after trying to fix some lights on my own. They helped me feel like I have support when fixing minor things on my own.

if i could give 10 stars i would, acton is an amazing person. i am taking my new car here for an inspection, i felt heard and listened to and ive never had that happen at a mechanic shop. great people and amazing staff, even on the phone i talked to 2 different people and they were amazing. will be my new mechanic shop from now on.
updated review : after my service it was amazing. they found a big issue that i had no knowledge of and luckily they caught it in time before it got worse, great people. don’t go to the other shops, put your time and money into these people who actually care about you and your vehicle.

I love this place, I’ve gotten my car fixed here before and everyone there was delightful and did a great job. But it’s been impossible to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at. I’ve spent a month calling, emailing, and trying to use the scheduling tool on the website (trying not to be a nuisance, but still) and I haven’t gotten any response to any of it, not even to let me know they don’t have any openings or something. I’d rather not bring my car somewhere I don’t know, but at this point the trip I need the car in working order for is coming up in a couple weeks and I doubt I’m going to get any response before then :/

I’ve been a customer of Repair Revolution for almost ten years and I have nothing but positive experiences. I’m not car-savvy and I have always had excellent service, received clearly explained recommendations, and had very high quality work done on my cars over the years. I never ever feel pressured to complete a service or like I’m being taking advantage of (which is unfortunately the reality at some mechanics). The prices are reasonable and transparent and the guarantees behind the work means I know I’m only paying for a service once. If you’re looking for the cheapest oil change in the city go elsewhere. If you want your car treated with the highest care, looked at for any potential issues to stay ahead of costly maintenance, and work with the kindest people around you should go with Repair Revolution.

Very Helpful Diagnostics at a fair price. They were able to fix issues found with the cooling system quickly and I felt taken care of and that they were honest about what’s needed for my car.
