Older hotel. The hotel reminded me of an old Embassy Suites, with the atrium in the middle. The breakfast was nice, and the attendant was on point.

Stayed here from Friday- Tuesday morning and my girlfriend payed for the room on her card and I payed for parking on my card. Just noticed an extra charge that was dated on the 28th. But my girlfriend also has 2 charges still pending as well. For 2 different amounts

The reception desk have class but the rest don't. Prepare for drug users working in the hotel. And creepy people. Breakfast is great and the people as well who work there. There is this really handsome man who works there in the breakfast section. Electric and house keeping are crappy, except the Vietnamese man he has class
Walkability: To the water front

Room with a view! Great entrance as you walk in. And, an enjoyable breakfast in the morning, which was included (im vegetarian). Had a balcony room with a view of the lake. The room itself was clean and very enjoyable, with its home style kitchenette. Also, I loved the hollowed out interior design ?

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as part of a business trip. The experience was mostly good but there were a few things that could be improved.
The location of the hotel is quite nice, close to lots of corporate offices within reasonable walking distance (10-20min max to get to central amazon offices) as well as to major points of interest in the city.
Additionally, the hotel is very close to a marina so if you enjoy being close to the water it can be bonus. Another solid point was the area felt pretty safe and didn't seem to have many 'questionable' people nearby.
The hotel itself is not bad. The entrance has a nice open space. I had a 1 bed (I believe king/queen size) and the room was adequately sized for a single person. Amenities and room were overall clean and well maintained. There is a caveat that for long stays they only cleaned the room every other day so that was a bit annoying. Wifi was decent and I was able to work remotely and do video calling without any lag or interruption.
My room was situated on the 2nd floor facing the street and sometimes the noise of the street (cars + tram) were a bit loud.
That being said overall service was good, the reception and hotel staff were very friendly attentive and helpful!
The breakfast on the other hand was pretty bad. Most of the items are either overcooked and dry or cold and taste like they were made a few days ago. There was a small selection of fruits (only apples and bananas) which was super disappointing. I would recommend the oats as that was the only item that seemed fresh. Additionally, there is coffee and some fruit juice (not fresh). On most days I preferred to eat breakfast elsewhere.
It was my first stay in Seattle so I don't have a reference point between price and quality but the nightly rate was about $219 and even though it was a business trip it still felt a bit steep for what was given.
Rooms: Looks to be an older building but rooms are mostly clean. There can be some dirty marks on furniture and bedding.
Safety: Safe, not many homeless around.
Walkability: Decently close to corporate offices and points of interest. 10 - 20 min

The Staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean. It is closed to downtown without all the noise which I like. There are plenty of places to eat and go for a drink. This hotel’s location is perfect! I am not giving 5 stars because the bartender at the bar in the lobby does not seem to have proper customer service skills: doesn’t acknowledge when you arrive, not even eye contact or smile, don’t ask if you need another drink when your glass is empty, don’t check on orders( I waited 45 minutes for breadsticks!), leaves the bar to chat for long times with other customers that they seem to know already which is very frustrating. The service si bad at this bar. I recommend others bars in the area for a better experience.

Had to stay why water damage repaired. 6 weeks or longer. My kitties are comfortable and welcomed at a reasonable charge. The bed could be better but I’m particular. Nice view from 7th floor. Nice spot for de stressing and close to my place where I can check on work being completed.

Very fancy place! Went back in 2018, not sure what it's like now but it's great with family. Spacious, and lots of things to explore there.
