Drivers with Semi Don't get confuse it's a Place under the bridge with all way stop sign and railway tracks beside the location. You can park right in front and on sides .
And you will sit here all Day long. THEY ARE SLOW !!!

You think they would let people that don't have a business license shop there and have part time employees why? Don't you wanna compete with Costco you just doing your own thing you know making some scratch here and there.😋 the manager didn't read my review either. I Said I didn't have a membership?🤔 What's even more pitiful is that they're using AI to answer your your complaints on here.

I visit Restaurant Depot once a week and was extremely disappointed every time with the lack of safety precautions in their warehouse. Forklifts were constantly moving around while customers were shopping, specially in the morning creating a hazardous environment for customers while shopping . You have to stay awake to avoid getting hit and struggling to navigate around the machinery ,I really mean it YOU HAVE TO STAY AWAKE FROM THE SECOND YOU STEP IN THE STORE .
I understand that this is a warehouse setting, but there should be better measures in place to ensure customer safety. Clear walkways, designated forklift zones, and more attentive staff could make a huge difference. The mopping machines always start at the Time when the customer Enter the store which makes an other danger to customers . They should do all this Jobs Done before customers Enter the Store.
I don’t recommend this place for anyone . Safety should always come first!

Wish I could give negative stars . When I checked in they said they’d get right to us . I went into the store & spent over $200 . If I would of known how rude that guy would be I would not of spend my money at this place . They kept unloading trucks that came in after us & when I asked them about it was told they didn’t have room for another meat load from one of the workers , so I went inside to just asked if we would still be unloaded today & the guy was so rude told me to just go wait in my truck & they would get to me later . This was already 3 hours after my appointment time . Refused to answer any questions about receiving hours . I had appointments to get home for , no respect for a drivers time at all . And the lumper fee was $ 235.12 for 7 pallets , I don’t mind paying for unloading if it’s done in a timely manner .

My appointment was for ten am I got a door at 6:45am . Guy unloaded quick and was on my way within 45 mins . My experience was good as that’s was the first time I came here . I’ve read the other comments on here before I came here and to be honest I didn’t know what to expect . You can park overnight in the staging area which is to the left of the docks . Gate is usually shut but unlocked .

Nuts as purchases from Woodinville cannot be returned here( Paid 62$ in Woodinville but receiving 48$ approx for returning). Unsure why they ask for receipts then it's waste of our time purchasing.

Here to make 7:30 am delivery appointment. Parked in back by the loading dock. Went inside received a day pass. Went and got a few things. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice to me . I like delivering here.
