Trent and the team here are great! As someone who works in healthcare, it is great to work with a gym that truly cares about the well being of their members. They know how to program for specific needs and make any regressions/progressions that need to be made for the athletes. Highly recommend!!

I joined Riot on September 2022 and it was the best decision I ever made! I come to the gym 6 days a week and I love it! The coaches and the community are the best! I recommend it 10/10!

I frequently work in Seattle, and I was looking for a place to drop-in. Riot was nearby, and I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did! The coaches and members were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I now drop in a couple times a month. The workouts are always challenging, but the skilled coaches can modify the workout to fit your needs. The atmosphere is supportive and the space is well laid out. If I lived in Seattle I would certainly be a full time member. Working out at Riot is always a highlight of my trips.

My husband drops in to Riot a few times a year when in Seattle for work. He always says great things about Riot. This time I tagged along and dropped in for the week, and I completely agree. The facility is great, the coaches are deeply passionate about what they do and connecting with their athletes, the programming is both challenging and inclusive for athletes at all levels of fitness, and the community is extremely welcoming. This will definitely be our home gym away from our home gym when we are in town. Can’t wait for the next drop in week!

I joined Riot on a whim, having lived nearby for some time. I was in average shape, was not exercising regularly, and knew almost nothing about CrossFit.So far, I’ve loved my time here, and only wish I tried this sooner!- Getting started was easy. I entered my phone number into their website, and Coach Trent texted me within a few minutes. I met with him a day or two later and he explained everything.- I like that there is only one workout each day. So it doesn’t matter if you attend the 6am, 7am, etc… it is the same class. So there’s no missing out. We’re all in this together.- Every day there’s a different workout. And they’re designed to not overwork the same muscle groups, so that you can attend multiple days in a row if you want.- The classes themselves are well structured. There’s always a 10-20 minute warm up, followed by the actual 20-35 minute workout. There’s usually a cooldown, time-permitting.- These workouts are hard! They typically involve strength training and strength-based cardio.- The workouts are accessible too: the coaches explain how each exercise can be modified to make it easier.- I *greatly appreciate* that all the coaches emphasize good form over everything else.- All the coaches that I’ve worked with are knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging.Thanks Riot!

We were visiting from SD and I was very impressed. I have been in the CrossFit world for a while now, and manage a gym in SD and was very impressed by their facility, their coaching, and programming. Trent was very attentive to his athletes and I’m super impressed he still programs for his gym. It’s a lost art and it’s always a good sign when owners/managers are taking the time to do that based on their members. I highly recommend their gym for anyone dropping in or looking for a home, you will be well taken care of and won’t be disappointed!

The best gym in Seattle. I will love this place forever. The team is incredible. I also did some personal training here and was blown away by the packing and nutrition guidance.

I love the first class free concept, gets you through the door…. And I will come back due to the warm welcome and epic workout! What a vibe! I dropped in for a Saturday class, which was a partner style WOD. Lovely space, friendly coaches and members! This will be my go-to box when in Seattle!

This place is amazing. I was only in Seattle for a summer but the community here was so welcoming and coming to the gym quickly became my favorite part of the day. Trent is AMAZING, he's a great coach for technique but also just keeping everyone excited about the workouts and pushing themselves. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in making a positive change and growth in their fitness journey.

Coming to Riot made me excited to workout again. The coaching has exceeded all other coaching I’ve been given at other gyms and the community itself is uplifting and positive every time. Plus it has the nicest equipment compared to other CrossFit gyms which is a very good perk!

Stopped in for 6AM drop in during my trip to Seattle. Trent was excellent. I immediately felt welcomed and throughout the session I received great coaching. All of the members were super inviting as well! I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for CrossFit in Seattle, and will most definitely stop by next time I'm in the city! Thank you for an awesome start to my morning.

Just started going here! Coach Trent along with other coaches and other gym members have been super welcoming. Great workouts, instruction, clean equipment, and available class times! Would recommend anyone give Riot a try!

I’m visiting from out of town and this gym is the BEST! Super accommodating and most of all encouraging. It’s always nice to be able to find a gym that coaches you on proper form and also pushes you to do your best!

Looking for a phenomenal workout but need some guidance and encouragement? Look no further. Riot Athletics is the place! I've belonged to gyms my entire adult life but struggled with workout consistency and self motivation. I was always curious about CrossFit but wasn't sure it was for me. I joined Riot Athletics one year ago and couldn't be happier with my decision. Not having to plan or think about workouts removed a major roadblock for getting me to the gym consistently. And turns out CrossFit is an incredible workout. Each day is different, workouts are scalable and push you hard every time. Trent and his team are knowledgeable, dedicated coaches who truly care about each member and will meet you at your fitness level.

I have been going to Riot Athletics for 15+ months now and I love it! The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. They always make sure I am doing the movements correctly and safely. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I feel stronger and healthier every day. The community is amazing too. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, and we have a lot of fun together. To me, Riot Athletics is more than just a gym, it's a family. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and well-being.
