I've had pretty bad experiences here over the past three years, but I feel like this month, they've drastically improved. I'm not sure if they hired more people to curb being understaffed or what, but they are more efficient, kinder, and very professional. I hope that this positive change is sustained! Thanks, pharmacists!

Cashier doesn't know how to do their job properly, super rude from the get go when I called preceding my doordash order and super rude and in conclusion with zero empathy. I was polite the entire call. Entitled much? Made me waste 50% off an order from doordash. Boo. Occured at 6:30 pm jan 24th

I'd no idea there was a Rite Aid in this pocket of West Seattle. I was just wandering around the area exploring and felt a slight calling for the munchies. Meandering through all the mundane regular timeless average stuff, there were a few healthier snack gems I got my hands on. Task complete. The staff up front was ok.

Unprofessional is being nice. Multiple occasions over months that I’ve attempted calling and no one answers. I call ahead because when I show up they then make me leave and come back. Not only that, but they do not followup when they say they’re going to. Just called the front and after 3 hours of trying to get a hold of someone, they get snotty, tell me “they do have to go to lunch from 1-2.” Mind you, this was now 240. I had been trying since this morning before their lunch. Then she says, “well, then they’re busy with covid shots.” NOWHERE in the call tree does it allow to leave a message nor does it let you know of their little lunch break or that they’re refusing to answer calls. Front agent has had me on hold for over 10 mins while she tried to call, only to come back on for .5 secs to say they’re not answering then proceeded to put me back on hold. While I understand working retail and customer service can be a pain, having a lack of compassion, care or desire to help customers is on y’all. You represent an industry that some of us rely on for literally living, we help provide you with a reason to staff your stores and if your people are unhappy, y’all need to figure out ways to motivate them to be kind. 1 star is being far too kind, they should be closed for negative reviews.

Constantly saying I don't have a prescription or saying I need more copies... after multiple communication with our medical provider and verbal confirmation from the pharmacists just to be told the same thing when I come in.... extremely unorganized, cold, and unprofessional. I'd rather drive an hour away to be treated with a sliver of professionalism.

This is my favorite pharmacy. They are always professional and helpful. Even when it is busy they still manage to maintain and exceptional level of service. The store manager is always hustling around to get things done and take care of customers.

The pharmacy is the worst customer service I've ever experienced ever; their incompetent and rude I can't understand why!?? You have a job, you get a paycheck...so what is the problem?!! 90% of your job is customer service in case you forgot!!! ?

This place is the worst. They're never on time with getting prescriptions filled, always behind, understaffed, the drive through unserviced...I'm going to try to never need to use them again
