This store has empty shelves as if we are in a communist country, (or our future country).
I don’t understand how this store is even open. It looks like it was abandoned 5 years ago.

The worst customer service. I received text messages saying that I had a Rx to pick up, once I got there the pharmacist told me to disregard those messages(?). No wonder they’re closing!!!

Absolutely despicable behavior on behalf of the pharmacy techs. The tall girl with the glasses should seriously not be working in customer service and idk how she hasnt been fired- the most snide, condescending behavior I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with from a so-called professional

Awful pharmacy. They never answer their phone. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone.

The slowest pharmacy ever.
I came by two days in a row to pickup my prescription, and it still isn’t ready over 20 hours after the dr sent it over. For a simple antibiotic.

Its a bleak place. The shelfs are all empty and they dont even have fairly basic consumer staples that you would think a pharmacy would have. In some places there are entire aisles empty or just with one or two items. But its not like the rest of the store has what you are looking for. What you are looking for is gone. This is a small neighborhood pharmacy attached to a large vacant store.

I hate what this company did to Bartells. They purposely destroyed a good business that was a service to the community. They call it “capitalism” I call corporate greed

Sad to see the decline. Have been using RiteAid since 2003 because I live blocks away. Post pandemic this place has steadily gone downhill. The pharmacy is terrible. Long waits in person, the IT systems are unreliable and result in double visits or relying on talking to someone that takes forever and gets an apathetic person.
Shelves have been paired down to stock only the highest sold items and alcohol. I am using the local grocery stores except for prescriptions. RiteAid corp should reinvest or close it.
I would avoid if possible.

The Pharmacy at this Rite Aid location has the worst Customer Service that I've ever experienced. They ignore you at the counter, but the worst problem that I had was that I had COVID, and my Doctor sent a prescription for Paxlovid to this pharmacy. When I showed up to pick it up, they told me that they didn't have any Paxlovid. I was sick with COVID and needed this medication. They didn't bother to call me or my Doctor to alert us to the fact that they couldn't fill it. INCREDIBLE! Consequently, I had to wait until the next day, when I felt even more sick from COVID to get it filled at a different pharmacy. The person working behind the counter acted indifferent and didn't seem to care at all, and didn't even apologize or make a suggestion as to when or if I could get it there or another Rite Aid. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. From this experience, and terrible previous experiences, this is the worst pharmacy that I've ever been to in Seattle. The people working there have zero empathy and the worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Extremely dysfunctional pharmacy with pitiful, downright dismal service. Feel bad for their poor employees who want to be helpful but are handcuffed with towing a (bankrupt) company line. Before Riteaid's acquisition Bartell's was was the local place to go, however, but ever since it's been nothing but a total failure. I do not recommend.

Currently Rite Aid's Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Stein is getting paid $300,000 a month for "consulting" fees. He's also asking for $20 million as part of the negotiations for Rite Aid to exit its current bankruptcy claim.
How much are the employees that work at this and other locations getting paid?

Rating five stars because when I came in the automatic door was malfunctioning and kept opening with a really annoying sound every 5-10 seconds, but the employees were still sane enough to ring up my purchase. Some of these reviews need a little perspective; nobody wants to suck. We do what we can with what we're given. You've been given the knowledge that this pharmacy is garbage, yet despite here you are.
If all of you together are not capable of understanding that you're not going to change the way this pharmacy is managed, perhaps it's time for you to take a step back and see how you can manage your own decisions.
Peace (◠‿◕)
P.S. The pharmacy has a separate Google review page. It's literally the next one down on the results. The irony of complaining so incompetently about the incompetence of people running the service you seek is delightful.

Pharmacy: Trevor treated every customer I watched him interact with rudely, childishly and sarcastically, all while wearing a dirty t shirt. I was frankly flabbergasted at him rolling his eyes and saying “whatever, not like I believe you” to the woman ahead of me; luckily for me I only got an exasperated sigh and a “fine, guess that’s something MORE for my to do list” when I tried to pick up a prescription. Cmon, guys. I know there’s a pharmacist shortage, but you can do better than Trevor.

In the past I have had to wait at this Walgreens. This time, however, I was told the pharmacy js running 4-5 days behind. As far as I know, that is unprecedented.
The person who assisted me was polite and professional and I do not blame her personally, but clearly Rite Aid needs to address this issue causing days long delays on medications not due to shortages in supply.
