These folks were recommended by a friend. I used them last year for the 1st time and all worked out great, even though at the last minute they assigned me a different agent than the one I wanted to meet with (recommended to me). Have been trying to reach them for months now to no avail!! Was told the one time someone picked up the phone that my agent was on vacation and would be back the next week. He said he'd leave a message on her desk as I had already left multiple messages without a call back. Now I'm a half dozen messages deep and have left an email as well. It's as if they fell off the map. You'd think as a client I'd get some sort of follow up. Now I'm on the hunt for a new service, if anyone has a recommendation!!!

Called in for a business inquiry regarding our tax services and Will said "I'm very busy and your pitch was terrible" then hung up on me. I wasn't even pitching anything. How on edge are you? Super unprofessional. Taking my business elseware.

His knowlage and helpfullness in tax processes is priceless...from bisness tax changes to earned income credits he gets it done accuratly and quickly. I have been faithfull customer for 18 years and look forward to tax season ..and did I mention he has jokes!
