The store is a mess. Checkout line 30 people long and one cashier. Will not be coming back to this location. The female manager is also very rude to people.

Front of store manager very specifically rude when I didn’t instantly see which counter he was calling me to. All other staff looked like he was holding them hostage.

Place seems poorly staffed and managed; if they have 8 people working there, 5 will be in security/loss prevention, 2 will be stocking, and 1 checkout stand will be staffed which is why you'll always spend at least 15 mins in line. Customer service is clearly their lowest priority.

if I could give zero stars I would. They do facial recognition, they stop customers to scan their faces before they allow them to enter because they see poor people as "thieves" its disgusting.

Have been to the store a couple of times, and they make you wait before you can enter the store up to 30 minutes. They only let a certain amount of people in at a time. Covid is over. It shouldn’t be happening anymore. The checkout lanes here are very slow and that’s why you have to wait in line, the girl at the front that holds the strap is extremely rude and tells you you’ll have to wait in line. I have not been another Ross that makes you do this. Really not worse. Standing in line for up to 30 minutes waiting for somebody to exit the store.

The worst service I have ever received, they treated us like thieves and the people are bad service and don't want to do anything anymore, they gave me some clothes and the people told me that I had to fix them and put the clothes back but in a bad way I don't recommend it no go to that place if you don't want to have a bad time

It’s absurd that it is 2024 and the place is still limiting how many people can be in the store. Will never go to this location again.
