I had a return, that was a little convoluted. The store manager Desmin was very open to helping me, and since I didn’t have the return items there, and she was going on vacation, she took my name for someone to help me.
When I brought the items in, the assistant manager at the store, Trinity was an absolute delight to work with. She made the issue completely go away. Kudos true Trinity for providing commonsensical customer service, to Desmin and Trinity for encouraging that in their store. Also, an urging to Ross corporate to encourage and empower their employees to provide customer service instead of stupid process barriers.

Reasonable prices. Yet, if sale going on in high end brands, then need to check there first.

An affordable clothing department store near Northgate that remains open long after the Bon Marche and J.C. Penny closed their stores. Clothing attire for most everybody.

I have been on a lot of ROSS branches on the US, and I can say that the collection in this branch is very limited in my opinion(comparing to its size).
And there are almost no "CLEARANCE" items in there.

As a tourist from London I find this place super affordable as most of you know everything is expensive in uk.
I wasn't sure of the quality at first however its definitely impressive fof the price. It was worth the money.

Customer service was very rude when we were checking out. The employee didn't even put the clothes in the bag they just pushed our purchases aside for us to do.

skip this one and go to west Seattle or other store instead. they have the worst oldest selection here, and the security at the front is ridiculous. they make you wait for literally no reason. the whole staff has been rude every time i've been in so i'm definitely not going to this location anymore

This place always looks like it’s going out of business but has great deals.
The best part is you have to enter one at a time. One. At. A. Time.
Roommate and I had to go in separately and wait ten seconds before each new person comes in.
I love stupidity for stupidity sake.
