Absolutely terrible service. Was told to bring my vehicle in at 9:30am. Service was not even started until after 3pm which resulted in an entire day wasted. If they weren’t going to get to it until 3pm, they should have informed me and I would have come later. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They gave me a quote of $627.56 for the replacement of the drivers side cargo door glass on my 2008 Grand Caravan and "Glass America,"which l highly recommend did the EXACT same replacement for $283.00 a savings of $344.56! If you choose Safelite, you are being ROBBED!Glass America is the only Glass replacement company that l will ever choose again.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. Safelite replaced my windshield with an unoriginal one and wasn’t able to calibrate the cameras. They told me to make another appointment in 2-3 weeks because they needed to order another windshield. I made an appointment, went there and they said they don’t have enough technician to fit me in. I was very upset that they wasted my time twice and I had to drive for a few weeks with uncalibrated cameras and 3 blinking lights. I told them I won’t be back and I took my car to honda. Honda told me that the windshield safelite installed is not original and it’s a cheap version that’s why they can’t calibrate the cameras. Overall awful experience and very unprofessional customer service.

Besides not being able to speak to anyone over the phone to schedule and get some clarification, when I dropped my car off, all staff members were friendly and helpful, and the service was completed quickly.

Booked an appointment and given a window of 12pm - 4pm. Followed up several times, and was told the time window was still good. They never showed up. I called and turns out customer service never spoken with the tech. What a waste of time.

Had probably the fastest car service of my life here. Was quoted up to two hours and was in and out in 45min. Ryan’s a pro!Replaced passenger side front window. Tried a Toyota dealership first, they had me wait a week to get their own part and it never came. Safelight got me in in two days with excellent service. Thanks again

Don't bother calling Safelite, even Tarzan couldn't navigate through their phone tree. I found it impossible to reach a real person. So I booked an appointment online for a side window replacement, but few days before my scheduled appointment, I received an email saying they couldn't find a replacement because they couldn't find the glass - that particular window was discontinued on my older car. I sent Safelite an email for at least some advice on what I could do (my temporary "window" was clear plastic held with blue painters tape)... no response from Safelite.I was quickly able to find replacement glass online, and got a local body shop to quickly install it. I was really disappointed with the limited resources Safelite apparently uses - I had a good experience with them about 10 years ago with my previous vehicle, but not this time. This experience was another reminder for me to shop local, and I'll avoid Safelite.

Rarely write bad review- but please go anywhere else! They replaced my windshield 6 weeks ago with an aftermarket glass that was visibly warped. Technician admitted he didn't notice until it was installed. Once installed, you need to let the glue set so unable to fix for 2 weeks in the winter months. It is now 6 weeks later and they still haven't replaced. Said there are no windshields available due to supply chain- but I drive a Toyota Sienna. Not an unusual car. Called other shops and they have the windshield in stock but Safelite won't replace my money- said it is their policy to only replace the glass but they don't have it in stock. 6 weeks so far driving a car with windshield that was warped at installation. And here is today's email from their glass specialist, "There is still no update but I will continue to check in" - not even an apology for my inconvenience. :-( Also- for the record- the technician that installed my window said this is common. Said they often have problems with quality control on the aftermarket windshields.
