Safeway took forever to simply allow me to use the restroom. I had to wait 10 minutes and still zero customer service. However Starbucks in the store had exceptional service! I did tell them the situation because I needed to vent, and they went out of their way, a discount price on my beverage and Vente size instead of a Grande to compensate. That Starbucks is awesome. Kudos to them.

I had gotten my food delivered to the wrong address, and had it canceled before it was even heading out. But I called the store when I relived the food was still on the way. And the guy who answered said he'd tell the driver and they still sent my food to the wrong address. I've been putting in request after request for a refund. And it still has yet to be processed. I was told the store had to do a manual refund on their end. But it seems like everyone at the location just refuses to do their fucking jobs. Cuz it started with the dumb shit that let the food leave, and still continues on with those in charge of refund requests. Don't go to this location. They suck. There's better places to shop. And to everyone who works at this location. Do your fucking jobs you sacks of shit.

Don't go here they have the worst customer service treating customers horribly..it's not the customers fault if employees are not trained properly to understand what to do or if there are changes in the store policy. I'm just trying to buy my groceries and move on with my day for the clerk to just throw my groceries into the bag due to their frustration is absolutely unacceptable. What happen to the friendly customer service here...things have just gone down hill.

I craved a baguette for a lunchtime sandwich. I was on my way to QFC, but decided to hit up Safeway as it is a lot closer. I'm now regretting that decision. This is a lower-end Safeway. The parking lot is a potholed disaster that manages to be both sprawling and provide insufficient parking. The entire block is a testament to depressingly poor urban planning. It is difficult to get in and out, is an eyesore, and is a wildly inefficient use of space. This block desperately needs to be redeveloped.Inside, the Safeway isn't dirty, but it somehow doesn't quite give off a clean vibe either. The produce is decent, though nothing to write home about. The selection of products seems to fail to hit the mark, at least for my household. No lactose-free dairy products, whole grain anything is limited, the bread selection is awful. Speaking of bread, the only "baguette" available was the Safeway Select brand. It isn't a baguette. It is a cylinder, yes. Otherwise it isn't crispy on the outside and the inside is a pillow like Wonder Bread; press down on it with your finger and the whole thing melts like cotton candy. It also tastes of nothing.Lesson learned: next time, suck it up and make the drive to QFC or Trader Joe's.

Ordered groceries to be delivered on 18-Nov-2022, between 6pm and 10pm. Groceries NEVER got delivered. Safeway refused my redeliver request and has yet to refund my money. Fortunately I have other shopping options that also deliver. Will not use Safeway again.

Automated ph. system stated the new holiday hours- 6a-midnight. Two different nights I've gone just 2 find out that's it's closed. I called, spoke 2 an employee, says they close at 11p and Google, along with other systems have not been updated with the "new holiday hours". So!! My question is "How much longer are you going to continue? Failing 2 not updated us with the correct info. only adds 2 the already daily life's confusion/frustration/ inconvenience. Please, b4 the end of the "holiday". Ty

pay their employees what they are owed. Thomas Murray is by far the most incompetent, condescending, useless manager I have ever had the misfortune of working for. Get rid of this scumbag and hire a leader, not a self absorbed, vacuous waste of genetic material.

I just want to say I appreciate all the workers here. I can tell it is not an easy place to work with all the theft and other shady stuff going on. If it wasn't for that I'm sure they will have more inventory and lower prices. Can't blame them for Seattle failing to prosecute the ones who keep ruining grocery stores for everyone.

Disgusting. Never anything in stock. Nothing fresh. Overpriced. And to top it all off- horrible customer service and very long checkout time. Honestly the worst grocery store I've been to across three states.

This place is terrible. Michael and short Asian self check worker wouldn't even check the back room for an item and tried to charge me almost 2x for an incomplete item. This is not the first time I've had issues with this Safeway but it's literally the only grocery store for miles so we're all stuck with the worst Safeway in the state. If management reads this, you should be ashamed.

Kelvin, a cashier at this location, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and just downright bad at his job. I came in, the self checkout machine scanned one of my items three times, so I went back for a refund. He gave me a lot of sass about how it was all my fault and said "don't try it again or we might not refund you." Like excuse me? It was a mistake, you have cameras. You can see I only bought one of these items. Anyways, the service is crappy but it's the closest grocery store to my place.

If there were cero stars to review I definitely grade cero the Safeway (Othello) Manager from the night shift. He was unable to find a solution and he only gave excuses and he didn't want to sell me the lactose free milk approved by the wic card. He said that it was not possible to approve the $9.58 amount shown in the cashier machine. He was pushing me to buy whole milk. Of course I will not buy that cause my family are lactose intolerant. So I went to another Safeway and was so easy to buy what I wanted. Here is the picture. I'm very disappointed that the manager is not qualified. Is there anyone that had had a similar experience?
