I have been calling repeatedly for two days nonstop and can’t get a single person on the phone. How am I supposed to get my medication filled?

I call every hour and sometimes every fifteen minutes to get ahold of someone at the pharmacy. They refuse to pick up the phone. They don't even put me on hold, it's just simply it runs all lthe way out to an answering machine. I NEED my medication and this is not okay. Is there a 'prime time' to call so i can actually get some service?

Pharmacy staff member working on 09/15 who picked up the phone calls was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to me when I had asked for the availability of a medication. I will never come here again.

I don't care for any Safeway pharmacies. You wait for ever...under staffed...over worked I've never seen any pharmacy worker smile and Im 70 years old..I switched.

I urgently needed an inhaler that was called in before they closed. They were incredibly kind and refilled it so I wouldn’t have to go the night without it. I am so incredibly thankful!

This pharmacy frequently refuses to answer calls, allowing them to go straight to an automated message that says to try calling again before it hangs up. I've tried calling for hours straight and received no answer, leaving me with no option but to go there in person to request a refill for medications which cannot be filled by their automated system, and sometimes they don't even have the medication in stock. Hours and hours of my life wasted.

The vaccine part was good. I wish the app was updated better which I think is from the pharmacy not updating timely. Sometimes too long to wait in line to learn prescription isn't available or some other issue. Customer service doesn't always seem great. Prices are higher than CVS in my experience.

I have been receiving monthly injections at this pharmacy for 4 months. I have yet to receive an injection on my due date. I spoke with the corporate office and was under the impression that we fixed the issue. But apparently not considering I called the pharmacy one week before my due date. They said no worries, come in next Wednesday we will order your injection. I get a call today claiming my doctor never sent the order. Then get a call back 5 min later saying they found the order but haven’t ordered my injection yet. So I will be receiving my injection two days past my due date. After this Friday I will be finding somewhere else to get my injections. No matter how many times I call to confirm my appointment, it does no good. Bunch of idiots working there.

Just spent 20 minutes either on hold, or getting hung up on and re-dialing, without getting through to anyone. Shameful.

Dealing with this pharmacy has always been way more difficult than it should be. As someone who has taken medication most of my life this is one of the worst places. I have been constantly treated as a drug addict so get my Rx I have been prescribed for.
Refused to give my teenager covid tests under our insurance even with my id present made me come in with covid to sign just so they had their paperwork.
