Starbucks was closed at 5:15 pm. I asked the cashier if someone could get me a cup of ice, she said I don’t think so , she asked someone else and he said no. Thank you for reminding me to be grateful for good customer service when it happens.

Very disappointed in the timeliness, patient care, and professionalism at this pharmacy. I scheduled a COVID booster appointment for this location. My wife and I arrived early for the appointment and was checked in by the friendly pharmacy tech, Abraham and were directed to their vaccine administration area. We waited there for ~30 min (despite there being no other visible customers) before stepping out to ask Abraham when they anticipated the vaccine would be ready. The pharmacist, Ben, immediately cut in before Abraham could respond and impatiently said "It will be ready when it's ready; if you don't want to wait, you can reschedule" and walked away before I could respond. It was disappointing that this location did not honor the appointment time. However, what bothered us most was that Ben's response was curt, rude, and entirely unprofessional in a patient care setting. We did not feel safe receiving a medication from him thereafter and rescheduled at a different pharmacy.

I am repeatedly frustrated by the Safeway Pharmacy App and communication since despite setting up so that I get reminders regarding refills, those don't come, and, often I get conflicting automatic texts telling me that a prescription that I requested be delivered is ready for me to pickup. Additionally, yesterday I went to the pharmacy to pick up an antibiotic for an infection only to be told that the Safeway Pharmacy website had been down for over 2 1/2 hours and the pharmacist didn't know when it would be up. Still, I have to commend the pharmacist who is incredibly patient, helpful (once even offered to personally deliver a prescription after he got off work because I was going out of town and my prescription delivery had been delayed). He is always kind in his communication and willing to do all that is within his power to correct any issues, even when he was in no way responsible for the issue.

The pharmacist is very rude and unhelpful. Will not come back. I was getting a COVID shot here and would like to ask a question if I could get a shot of I got COVID before but he seemed like he didn't want to answer and just said he didn't know. Not try to answer the question. I wished I went to CVS or Walgreens Again, don't come here!!!

It's really good to get covid vaccine here. It's a quiet and clean place. The doctor is gentle and very nice.

Three stars because usually my experience with this pharmacy has been nothing short of lovely. However, I just received a call from a rude and abrupt employee who talked over me and actually ended the call while I was speaking. Disappointing.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy. The pharmacy tech working evenings on Dec 22 and Dec 23 is extremely incompetent and lazy. He said getting my prescription from cvs on 2nd Ave would be “a process” which it’s not. He wouldn’t accept a prescription transfer even tho two pharmacists gave the okay for this. He declined it and therefore I couldn’t get my meds. It was almost Christmas Eve and my doctors weren’t around. Abruptly stopping this medication can cause serious withdrawals and significant mental and physical health issues, which I got because he wouldn’t fill my prescription. He is utterly incompetent. If I could give zero stars I would. I am still feeling the effects from this a month later

Not sure if the tech working on Dec. 22 and Dec. 23 was new or just lazy (sounded like the latter, with his attitude of "that will take a lot of work"), but he denied a prescription transfer request from another pharmacy in Seattle because "it's not something that is done," though pharmacists in the area disagreed with him and said it has been done-- the pharmacists at CVS nearby had it out with him over the phone. So now my sister is 3,000 miles away from her home pharmacy, during a pandemic at Christmas, without necessary daily medication because the tech felt like being lazy. I'll be spending Christmas monitoring my sister since she can't take her daily medication now. Hope that tech sleeps well at night knowing they willingly messed with someone's body and health. Save your troubles and go elsewhere.

I called five times during listed business hours and no one picked up. They don’t accept voicemails so there’s nothing to do except keep trying until someone answers. Frustrating situation.
