I had a wonderful experience at the Safeway Pharmacy in SeaTac. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They provided my medication very quickly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how caring and attentive they are toward their customers. It feels so good to be helped with such kindness and efficiency. I’m really satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

This pharmacy needs to either close or get better management. Rude employees and everything in disarray. 11 peoole in line the other month with one cashier. Every month my prescriptions are never set on pre-order.

I’ve been using Safeway pharmacy for 25 years. And I would say in about the last couple years, it has just been going horribly downhill. The front staff is horribly inexperienced. For one particular medication, I have been in three times and have yet to been able to pick it up. The bald man Who I believe is the-ist for lack of a better word is just rude. He is rushed. I had a denial for one of my medication’s through my insurance and I was trying to ask with the prices so that I could pay out-of-pocket and he was so rushed. I couldn’t even finish my sentence. Lack of consideration and organization causes customers to have to come in multiple times and this pharmacy is just completely inefficient at this point. This is only one example of the problems I’ve had. I only assumption aside from the inexperienced Technicians is that they are completely and horribly understaffed, however, that does not excuse the rudeness.

I came to this Safeway location to purchase food several minutes ago and I was not pleased with how a worker at this location was treating two Hispanic men. I don’t know her name but I see her work at self check out often. She has blonde/dirty blonde hair. I believe she is in her mid 30s or so. This same woman was rude several days ago to a black couple. I’m getting sick and tired of seeing her behavior with people of color. Especially those who cannot defend themselves because of a language barrier. This type of behavior should be corrected by management. I will be going back to the store to get her name and I will be reporting this to corporate. This is ridiculous.

When my insurance changed I needed to come to Safeway for my Rxs.
I find all the staff to be very helpful and when I've needed an emergency Rx filled they've not only accommodated it but also were so pleasant about it. When I have a question about an over-the-counter meds potentially interacting with my Rxs they've been patient and downright nice. Granted, they are busy but in the 1.5 years I've been dealing with them they have never let the hectic pace get to them.
